Many times the pizzas are barely cut & if you arrive within 15 minutes they won't make a pizza that takes less then 10 so not very accommodating. I ordered two thin crust pepperoni through the drive-thru and asked if they could do one with sausage and she said it would take a long time while she end up charging me for three pizzas one thin crust into traditional all the pepperoni I was so hungry I didn't care I did not want to go back in and wait longer so I just took it.

It was very busy. The wait time to get a "hot and ready " pizza was 25 minutes or more. Some people orders that ordered online were texted that the order was ready for pick-up, and when the people showed up, their orders were not ready, and 2 people requested a refund, they ordered early, and one person who went through the drive thru waited an hour in the parking lot before coming in to see if her order was ready.
