I placed a order online at 735 pm my pick up time was 800 - 805 pm I requested to pick up in the lobby because the drive thru is always busy. As I walked up to the door it was locked. If the doors lock at 8pm why are customers able to place a online order with a pick up time at 800- 805? Doesn't make sense. However, got back in my vehicle and waited with 4 cars ahead of me. What I was trying to avoid "waiting" why I ordered 30 mins ahead of showing up. Anyways with that being said I pulled up to the window as a older red head ask me what I wanted and I told her I ordered online and showed her the email that said I was a lobby pick up. And she raised her voice telling me the doors lock at 8 and it's not her problem I had to go to the drive thru. She stated do you want your pizza or do you want me to cancel or order and you can have a nice night! I said excuse me? There's no reason for you to be rude, give me my order. She closed the window, when she handed my pizza wings and crazy bread didn't ask me if I wanted anything else. Not only that but my ranch was missing for my two orders of wings, and my pizza was cold. You think the employees hired would have some type of decency or customer service. I will never go back to this location. Very rude and unprofessional. Service is absolutely horrible. Rude kids need to learn manners.

It was very busy. The wait time to get a "hot and ready " pizza was 25 minutes or more. Some people orders that ordered online were texted that the order was ready for pick-up, and when the people showed up, their orders were not ready, and 2 people requested a refund, they ordered early, and one person who went through the drive thru waited an hour in the parking lot before coming in to see if her order was ready. I understand it was New Years Eve, but I think some organizational changes need to take place on busy holidays. They just couldn't keep up with the demand. Good luck, and thanks for eventually getting me the 1 pizza I ordered.Parking: There were a good number of open places to park.
