My husband and I drove 50 mins for their Bun Bo Hue and it was absolutely worth the trip! The broth is so flavorful and rich, service was great, and the staff was really kind. The pho is undoubtedly the best in the east valley with the flavor profile. You have the option to do a light broth or the rich(fatty) broth. Of course we chose the rich broth! The bowls are HUGE. This place feel like a fast food joint. A little confusing when you just want a bowl of pho. You stand in line, order and pay. You than get a number and find yourself a table. There is a self serve water station. Service was alright. Pho was a little too salty for my taste bud. The broth is better than a lot of other places in and around Chandler!
