We tried CHoP for the first time through the Arizona Restaurant Week 2024 promotion. The restaurant is in a complex with a hotel and other shops. Diners were dressed in a mix of nicer, business clothes and casual. For starters, we ordered the special salad, the wagyu meatballs and the lobster bisque. The salad was large and full of toppings. The meatballs were enormous! It came with two that were easily big enough to share or bring home for later as I did (very good for next day...

We went restaurant week. Outstanding value. Wagyu meatballs and lobster bisque starters were both excellent. The entrées (filer mignon & salmon) were also fantastic. We finished with lava cake and cheesecake. Both solid desserts. The restaurant was a little dark. Overall a very good experience.

Great service from the time we arrived at checking. To the time we paid our bill. We had the restaurant special and it was amazing. Amazing salad and lobster bisque before we each got the filet mignon and finished with amazing dessert!
