“Great local find!! Don't let the location fool you - this cute corner shop is packed with tons of options. I needed a quick pick me up+breakfast smoothie and ordered the chocolate mocha espresso with protein...very tasty and not overly sweet which can often be a problem with smoothies nowadays. There were lots of fruit smoothie options, teas, and small snacks like oat bars - the menu was very customizable and all the add-ons were reasonably priced. Service was amazing and very welcoming - will definitely be back!“
“I really enjoy Fruta. I usually save it as my little treat for getting through the week. I LOVE the vegan, blueberry poptart when they have it. I also always get the turkey empanada and a dirty chai and it never fails to satisfy. I usually order through a third party app but I need to go in one of these days!“
“I ordered the spicy shrimp bowl and it was excellent! The spicy tasting Chile, the grilled shrimp, brown rice, and roasted veggies arean excellent blend. I've ordered the protein smoothies and they are also excellent for a quick pick me up!“

“We appreciate the nutritious and delicious varieties of salads, sandwiches, sides and drinks that we can have delivered to our dad in Phoenix. We live in CT and the app is easy to use and delivery is always on time! He has a hard time getting around and Chop Shop lunches or dinners are such a treat for him. Thank you for the generous portions. As a native of Arizona, when we’re in town we visit the Chandler, Queen Creek and Mesa shops - always fresh and always amazing. “This is the most delicious meal prep service in town. Everything is fresh and delicious and the food keeps my blood sugar in check. The menu is so extensive it will take a very long time to try it all but every single meal I have had from there has been excellent and well worth the price.“
“Got the chicken pesto sandwich and dirty chai latter. Dirty chai latte was okay, could use more espresso? But the chicken pesto sandwich was so delicious!!!! Workers were really nice and patient. Very clean with a lot of sunlight and good music (not too loud) If you want to work there, there are two outlets and WiFi. Would go again.“
“This was my first time visiting and I ordered their Strawberry Caramel Cheesecake protein drink. The owners are remarkably friendly, helpful, and patient towards first-time customers determining what to order. They do not treat customers like "another order to hurry through", but as people who deserve a pleasant experience. Their menu offers a vast selection of products suitable for people of multiple demographics, not exclusively body-builders. The drinks are both healthy and delicious (coming from someone who is quite picky, might I add), the workstations are sanitary, and the customer service is top notch.Dietary restrictions: A lot of their menu items are clearly labeled gluten free, and proper sanitary measures are taken to prevent cross contamination.“

“Salad was fresh and delicious! I had the Kale Caesar Salad with Chicken. It was filled to the top of the lid that I asked for in case I didn’t finish the meal. I did however finish it, an exact portion for lunch. Employees were friendly and informative. I like that they were cleaning the drink machine & service area at midday. “The "order here/pay here" set up is not clear. I walked in and apparently went to the wrong side where I was ignored and a few people who arrived after me were acknowledged. Bowl was great, great value for price. I have an allergy to a specific fruit and it was nice to have options that worked for me.“
“I was shocked that this place was not busier! Lots of healthy, fresh food options, and very quick service. They have something for everyone, with vegan, gluten friendly, and vegetarian options. The price was on the higher side for fast casual food. But the quality of food is higher, so you are paying for what you get.“
“I first tried Wow Wow Lemonade - Kihei while visiting Maui several years ago. I have been a customer since they opened in Ahwatukee. I love the lemonade choices and the Acai Bowls. My favorite is the Blue Hawaiian. I have never had a bad experience and the food and drinks are always delicious.“
