“Truly the best bowls in Phoenix. I personally find the açaí base to be too sweet but the pitiya is perfect (still on the sweet side but every place in Phoenix has been like that) without added honey or agave in the bowl. Toppings are all super yummy and fresh! And service is lovely.“

The manager we spoke with was very kind and explained what had happened and then went above and beyond to fix the mistakes with our order. Mistakes will happen. It's how a business handles them that will either keep or loose customers. Based on how the managers at the PV Original ChopShop resolved things, we will definitely stay a customer. Simple ingredients with a complex taste. The texture was a little slimy but I thought it tasted good. Each ball is bite size, 107 calories per ball. Worth it.“
