I normally wouldn't leave a review as I love zipps skewers but as I came in this evening after my shift in the same plaza for some dinner I ordered a salad and some skewers. I had requested the skewers crispy and salad dressing on the side but instead of the mix I wanted the oil and vinegar separated as on the menu. I have had this request many of times as the oil and vinegar mix is super oily since they don't mix it before serving to their guests. I asked to speak with the manager...read full review

35 minutes to get seated 1 hour 15 minutes to get the food , all the food did not make it to our table , 40 more minutes to get the rest of the food . The condiment holders are nasty dirty salt and pepper shakers were sticky I asked for another salt and pepper and received some that were even more dirty , the plastic drinking glasses had lip stick on the rim, the outside dining area gross . Do not eat here.

My husband, daughter, and I came for dinner as I was taking a break from all my homework. Well, we got there at 2:37pm and we did not get to leave until 4:10pm. When we got there, we got our drinks and appetizer fairly quickly, and all was well. We ordered our food and waited... and waited.... and waited even more. We were there so long that this little girl sitting one table over came over and told us her life story. Granted, she wasn't a retired worker, but she is in 2nd grade....read full review
