“Highly recommend! A non de script restaurant in Cornville.Inside, fine dining at its best!Raspberry vinaigrette in the salad was insane; if I had a swimming pool of this nectar, I would dive head first.Clam chowder was tomato base and bursting with flavor.Weiner schnitzel was moist, crispy and spot on. The side of sauce (Jagermeister story) for the schnitzel was fantastic. Drank two glasses of wine; Riesling and Chardonnay.Don’t forget the baked Brie!”
“Came here as part of a tour after already having visted several other vineyards and wineries in the Cottonwood area. This one was BY FAR my wife and I's favorite, we were thoroughly impressed by almost every single wine on both of our flights and brought home several bottles to enjoy. If you're in the area and are looking to try out just one or two different locations-this Oak Creek should be the top of your list!”
“Cowboys and Cowgirls Saddle Up! This hot new trending pizza joint is hopping with crispy crust pizzas, calzones and unbelievable homemade desserts. Just opened this last January. So when you're done roping cattle for the day, replenish with a hot pan of pizza and a cold one. Atmosphere is great and a very friendly and accommodating staff. Not to mention that the prices are very reasonable. Pet friendly patio available. So the next time you are near or passing by Cornville, stop by and try them out.”
“Food was excellent service was amazing . Kara is an excellent waitress server and bartender always smiling and good conversation would definitely return. Owners are hospitable and available with good conversation as well. All around pleasant establishmentKid-friendliness: Kids loved it”
“I have been here several times and the food, ambiance and staff do not disappoint. A bit pricy, however, that is not unexpected nor exorbitant for food of this caliber.”
“This restaurant should be renamed Five Star Bistro. Not only was the food inspired, but that inspiration was displayed in such a humble manner. It is a rare place that offers this combination. I'll admit, it is nice to impress your family and friends with a meal at a restaurant that serves textbook Culinary Institute type cuisine, but as one who spent years in the industry, I find this type of cuisine predictable and uninspiring. The fare at Star Bistro is interesting, delicious and inspiring. A restaurant that makes you want to go again, trying something new. As someone who appreciates fare that challenges what can oft-times seem within the confines of tradition, I heartily recommend a true shinning star of a restaurant. I hope that the force behind Star Bistro continue to expand the limits of the public perception and definition of Italian food. To all those who make this restaurant what it is and will be, thank you.......”
“We enjoyed this friendly and unpretentious winery and tasting room. Very nice and knowledgeable host. It’s a very casual setting but they do have some unique things for purchase. Our favorite was the Rockslide!VictorB”
“I went there for their the Wednesday night pool tournament.... The place is immaculate. Paper towels in the restroom. Not a stupid hand dryer.... The place had a great atmosphere. Everyone said hi ...3 pool ”
“Headed to the Sedona area for spring break and wanted to hit a couple wineries on the way in. Page springs was on the list as I had driven by a couple other times and finally decided to stop. It was cold and raining when we got there and they had covered parking which was nice. We also had our dog with us which is were things went downhill. For a Wednesday, it was pretty constant traffic and the house wasn't expecting that with the rain. The small inside area was packed and had a long wait time but they had an ample sized patio but was not suited for rainy conditions. We were also told that we could have dogs on the outdoor patio so we had to eat in front under the awning while it rained. The furniture was wet and you had to go in/out to get your food and wine. No service for those up front. Now, the pizza that we had as some of the best pizza we had tasted in awhile, especially the mushroom one. Highly recommend. The wine was okay, a bit dry for our liking. The rain let up and the sun came out just in time for us to explore the grounds a bit and they are awesome. there were plenty of tables and other areas to enjoy wine but just not in inclement weather. There is also a path to get down to the creek which the boys and dog enjoyed greatly.Would go again, especially in later spring/summer when everything is in bloom.Parking: Covered parking under the solar panels which is a great option.”
“Was hoping to eat here based on a recommendation but I wasn’t able to because we had our dog. I don’t know how others came with pups in the past, but they told me today they are not dog friendly. I don’t want to necessarily tank the review since I couldn’t eat here today but also want to ensure info online is correct regarding the experience. Hopefully I can come back and leave a more well rounded review because the food looks delicious”
“WOW. (Coming from someone who lived in Nashville!) We are so glad we chose this instead of another fast food stop. Order ahead when you're about 20 mins out and you'll have a perfectly cooked, tender and juicy hot chicken sandwich. Mild/medium is plenty but definitely get NO spice if you're sensitive. The lemonade comes in huge jugs which was a fun surprise and the French fries are like pig tails. Met the chef or owner who was very sweet and thankful for our compliments. 10/10 will be recommending and stopping any time I'm passing by.”
“Service was top-notch, they are on top of it! I was in town and wanted to eat at a small business. The food was pretty good, but what shined the brightest was the ”
“Owners are invested in making this an excellent dining and atmosphere place. Family fun atmosphere! Left overs are the breakfast of champions!!! Transplant locals. I think we found the Cheers of the west!❤️”
“We have traveled half the country in the last 8 months and This might be the first perfect restaurant we have come accross. The truffle dip, Fish daily special, The fried jalapeño burger and shrimp basket were all 10/10. Live music great service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND eating here. My 9 year old son said the shrimp was amazing. He asked me to add that.”
“Adriana is incredibly passionate about what she does. We had taken the Verde Canyon Railroad ride and planned to go to a different Mexican restaurant afterwards, when a worker on the train overheard and recommended that we come to Adrianna's. Boy, were we glad! Adriana loves what she does, you can tell in the first 30 seconds of talking to her. She improvises on the fly and goes out of her way to increase your pleasure. She enhanced our margaritas and our dinner orders with special ideas of the day. The food was truly authentic. Highly recommend!!!!! And by the way, I'm something of a flan connoisseur and I was blown away by the vainilla flan!”
“This was quite a surprise find! We loved all of the smoked meats- hard to choose a favorite. I would recommend trying the sampler platter. Any leftovers are great in a breakfast burrito or as toppings on a homemade pizza. We’ll happily come again when we are in the area on future travels. Keep up making the exceptional menu.”
“Excellent little cafe with fresh sandwiches and desserts. Get there early for brunch because the dessert selection gets eaten down pretty fast. Great spot for coffee and croissants in the morning. Seating is a little tight and few outdoor tables but is worth dropping by.”
“The food was delicious. Their queso was very chunky and creamy. The booth was a little uncomfortable. Our waiter was very kind and made helpful suggestions based on what he really enjoyed eating. Would like to go back!”
“Ate here twice in one day! Had a potato soft taco, which was even better than the chicken taco! Our friend had a chili relleno and said it was the best he had ever had! My husband had 2 ground beef tacos, again, but added rice and beans. The sides were authentic and delicious! Gabriella has a wonderful life story to her journey here.”
“Excellent place for a special dinner. Our server, Matteo was exceptional. We had the Artichoke and Spinach Bruchetta as an appetizer followed by Chicken Parmesan and Pasta Primavera with Shrimp as entrees. The food was fantastic. Highly recommend this restaurant.”
“Don't let the location discourage you! They are located back in an industrial area right off I-17 in Camp Verde, AZ. The beer was amazing and ice cold! The Nachos were so good! The staff friendly and efficient. We will definitely be back again!Pics are posted on Instagram and Facebook: Barker Tails and Travel”
“Quaint is the best way to describe a caboose setting on the corner of a downtown intersection. I like to stop in every once in a while while I am out walking . Authentic French cuisine served. If you're in town, stop in have a coffee or pastry.”
“We went here today for the first time. There was about a 20 min wait so we shopped at some of the local shops around the restaurant. Eva was our server and she was outstanding. The food was great. The coffee was so good. We got biscuits and gravy and the traditional two egg breakfast. I loved that they also had GF options available. Definitely give this place a try if you are in the area.”
“Roland and Ronnie are fun and friendly owners and have the best pizza and other menu items in town. Plus, I love that they are local owners!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian options”
“Oh gosh. Just moved to camp verde from the valley where we had a By the Bucket and thought I wouldn’t have one here. YAY Cottonwood discovery! I am obsessed with the garlic bread.”
“My wife and I went in today. She had a chicken chimi, and I got their menudo. Nice size plates with portions. My wife loved hers, and the menudo was so good. We will definitely be going back. We have been wanting to try them for a while, but they are closed on weekends, and that's the only time we really ever go to Cottonwood. But we will definitely go during the week just to eat there again. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. Very clean, friendly staff would even just spark up conversations if anywhere close to you.Thank you for a very good experience”
“Best. Breakfast. In. Cottonwood. Only issue is their hours. We kept trying to go back more than twice and couldn't because they were closed. I'd dock them a star for that but the food was so freaking good, the people were so freaking nice... I couldn't do that to them. LOVED the space they're in, the grab-n-go fridge, the way they were super kind answering my questions about allergens... including gluten & nuts. OMG the food. The coffee. All. So. Good. Hubs got the buckwheat waffle (out of his comfort zone). I tasted it - couldn't eat much because I'm allergic to almonds & it's made with almond milk - and my word he raved about it for good reason! I had the açaí bowl, one of my weaknesses... haven't had one in months so that was definitely a treat. The berries were perfectly ripe and sweet... just amazing!”
“Great little place in the heart of downtown Cottonwood. Good food, great service by friendly waitresses in a nice atmosphere. Would go back for sure.Dietary restrictions: Gluton free option”

“Stopped into this place on the way home from Sedona on a recommendation. Did not disappoint. We had our dog with us and couldn't go inside but the patio was sufficient. It was cold/rainy the day we came in so not ideal but it worked.Staff was super friendly and we were able to get our order in quickly. Even ordered a burger for the dog which was a neat option they have. We ordered a wide variety of items including a breakfast burger, mushroom/swiss, chicken sandwich, and fries/onion rings.Food came out quick and was cooked really well. The personalized burger buns were a nice touch. Bloody Mary was excellent and the whole atmosphere was fun. Would definitely recommend if in the area.”
