They are out of half the menu regularly. The staff is rude and unwilling to do anything because they are always running around with their heads cut off. Dont use the drive thru or you might get stuck waiting 2-3 longer than a normal starbucks drivethru, which is legthy but worth it, at cottonwood it is absolutely not. I drive 20 minutes to the one in camp verde instead, waaaay better!

I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, 2 extra pumps peppermint, extra hot.... they made it a white hot chocolate but made it so hot it took me a few sips to notice??‍♀️ I LOVED burning my tastebuds (its what I asked for) but, but, my chocolate?.I did come back, and they did make it right for free, but the disappointment when I realized what they had done, it was pretty big.

The atmosphere is good, the food and drinks are *usually* amazing (I’ve had a few bad ones though) and the staff are sweet! Only downsides I can think of is how long it can take as well as the fact it’s cold in there (but you can always bring a sweater)

Never again. I stopped here because I had an apmnt locally. Ordered a Venti Flat White, which should *NOT* be an overly foamy drink by nature. That’s the whole point of a Flat White; it’s more espresso and less foam. I open the lid and see that it’s got an inch or so remaining open space at the top, so I asked for more milk to fill my cup up. They say they will steam the milk, then proceed to put in only foam to top off the top inch. I go to my car to take a drink and realize that the cup is barely 2/3 full and that the top several inches is nothing but air. For a $7+ coffee, you fill it to the top. Ridiculous.

I worked at a starbucks and this was unacceptable the whipped cream was made wrong, there were no other customers there and yet they took 3 times the amount of time it should've taken and the drink was made incorrectly.

Terrible service. As soon as we walked in we didn't get a greeting but "there is a long wait. Everyone I'm the lobby is still waiting on their order." I said ok that's fine as they just looked away and still did not take my order.There was 3 employees they had about 10 cars in the drive through.They were taking there time and looked so miserable and beyond unhappy.The whole atmosphere in the Starbucks where everyone was waiting was so sad and depressing.
