The atmosphere is good, the food and drinks are *usually* amazing (I’ve had a few bad ones though) and the staff are sweet! Only downsides I can think of is how long it can take as well as the fact it’s cold in there (but you can always bring a sweater)
Service was amazing! And if you are dairy free do yourself a favor and get the hot chocolate with oat milk! It is so good!Dietary restrictions: I hate that those of us with dairy allergies have to pay more ( we are allready paying so much for the drink!)

I ordered a peppermint hot chocolate, 2 extra pumps peppermint, extra hot.... they made it a white hot chocolate but made it so hot it took me a few sips to notice??♀️ I LOVED burning my tastebuds (its what I asked for) but, but, my chocolate?.I did come back, and they did make it right for free, but the disappointment when I realized what they had done, it was pretty big.
