“It is a pizza place for families. You order over the phone or at the counter. We decided to dine in. We ordered a sub sandwich and a calzone. The sub was a foot long! The calzone had a great cheese pull and a ton of ricotta with a pot of red sauce for dipping. We will be bringing back leftovers.“

“They need to learn the method of walking cars up as they’re taking orders, so the line is actually accurate on which side is shorter. Often times I’ll go to the shorter line, and then suddenly they move the other side up 3 car spaces and I get cut 3x by the next cars who come in.“

It's not too far off the freeway, so pretty convenient. There was no line. This location is built into an old mechanics shop or oil change place, so it was kinda neat because you get to the window and you're technically indoors with covering from the sun and rain. We thought it was creative use of the space. The worker was super nice, she gave us a sticker of the month or week or whatever which was very fun. Our drinks were amazing and the cookies they sell are also bomb. Definitely a great pick me up quick stop.“

I visited with my daughter on Thursday and it’s a great place for a mother-daughter or family trip.They’ve got board games (Jenga, Pop the Pirate, and Connect Four) in addition to a couple of cool arcade games (Rampage).The boba was AMAZING and it was hard not to steal some from my kid. “The best donuts around. I usually get the ham and cheese stuffed croissant with jalapeños after work.My friend from work couldn't choose between the apple fritter or bear claw. He went with an old-fashioned and a bear claw.We both had never tried it thinking it was just a chunky AF donuts it was actually stuffed with apple chunks. It was ? awesome. “As much as I love their coffee the line as of yet has gotten out of line. It takes forever to get coffee here now. I leave to go to work early and still end up in the line forever and it's usually one car holding everyone up. I run a doctor's office so know how to keep the flow of a business going but this is crazy. They have two lanes but one is only ever in use. Good thing the staff are awesome.“

But the one thing that stands out to me versus some competitors (nothing is quite like Nekter) is the customer service you receive once you set foot in the door. The Nekter team always acknowledges you and ensures you are taken care of. Even if they had just been in the back, they promptly come out and immediately greet anyone that had walked in the door. If you are waiting for your online order and sit down, they call your name before putting it in the freezer. This is opposite of an experience I had at Jamba Juice earlier this week. “Tried for the first time today and Alex displayed excellent service. What caught my attention was the offering of free samples and wow was the strawberry milk delicious! I was recommend what I believe was called the strawberry swirl which is essentially the strawberry milk with whip cream and a vanilla caramel. Tasted exactly like an iced strawberries and cream frappé. A sweet and refreshing beverage that I’ll definitely come back for“

“We love the flavors and options but listening was not this lady's strong suit. The one lady working tonight Nov 1st 2021 ignored my shy kids order when I spoke up from him and ordered his first and replaced it with the second item. My oldest ordered a lilly tea and she put macca green tea without any topoc covering any sort of green tea. I ordered a total of 5 items and 2 were missing or wrong. Even if someone is new that is not a good percent. I even tipped before receiving the items which makes me wish I never made 1 order. What bothered me most is we spoke about oreo drinks for a good 5 minutes straight because my son loves oreos and she acted like we were an issue when I asked where the 4th drink was. If I show up a second time and she's working we will take our business elsewhere.“

“I tried a Boston cream and an apple fritter donut. They were light and tasty donuts. Yes they are cake style but still light and air delicious. I also tried a black tea milk with boba. It was also tasty. The shop is very clean. If I have anything to add is there's a charge for a card purchase under $5.00. Sorry no photos. I finished it before I could take any.“

“One of the better Boba places in the west valley. Tastea kicked off my love of Wintermelon Milk Tea, since this is the one of the few places that sells it. Employees are always polite, they have a ton of options, and a handful of board games. It has a really nice, quiet atmosphere, but it's fairly small so seating can be limited if they're busy.“

“Blown away by this location. I can say one stop is easily the best supplement/shake spot in the valley. GNC has nothing on one stop, especially the lake pleasant/happy valley location. I'm always greeted by very helpful and professional workers. I usually see mason there, and he always makes my day. Just a real mf and always nice to talk to. Very educated and informative, and you can tell he genuinely loves what he does. I'll keep coming here as long as they keep doing what they're doing! “If you want something delicious, refreshing, and healthy, come here! They have a good selection of smoothies, juices, and blended bowls. I usually get one of the protein bowls. You can choose between whey or pea protein. Plus, the bowls have a plethora of delicious toppings. They also have a small refrigerator section by the cashier with some grab and go items. I usually get the balls (not sure what else to call them right now, haha, and they are delicious) and occasionally the juice. Customer service has always been good here for me, and they make the food quick. They have a mix area of seating with bar seating, tables, and couch/chairs area. Parking has never been a problem either. They have a few 10-minute parking spots out front and long-term parking.“

There were two minor issues, one small cleanliness in the bathroom (a hairclip on the shower curtain from a prior guest and a hair on the wall) and one random charge from another guest. The staff was friendly and the grounds well maintained. Only bigger issue for me was the windows had to stay closed the whole stay (I do not with to look into the hallway or have passing guests look in)... I generally expect windows on the outside of the unit - view may not be great but it's a usable window.. with the layout of the building that was not the case for us. That said, other units did have reasonable windows so it just depends what room you get. The location is nice - food and shopping not too far.. some decent hiking though some trailheads very difficult to find. It's also a reasonable distance from Sedona for a day trip if you haven't been out that way. Liked that had the option of an adult only pool and bar. We did not go to the spa but the options looked nice, just didn't make the time. Overall, from other timeshare locations we've been too - was pleasantly surprised by Bluegreen and would certainly recommend.“

Despite the change, and disorganization I experienced this time, Dutch Brothers still is in the top five drive thru vendors you can go to with confidence your order is going to be right and you will not have to wait 1/2 an hour as I did today.“
