Went here while out with some friends being degenerates in wine country and it was the gem of the day. We ordered several things and shared. Wow everything was fantastic...The BLT was nicely toasted with thick bacon, that I am guessing was made in house too, with a fried egg and avocado. Run and find this gem of a food truck-bistro in Sonoita! We wandered in just after opening Saturday and were warmly greeted by the wonderful Rancho Rossa team headed by baker Brea, chef Chris, and winedoggie-mascot Arthur. The Sonoita/Elgin area is a most beautiful area. It has wide open rolling pasture lands, distant mountain vistas and a color pallet beyond imagination with the amazing AZ sunsets.
