“I stopped in today for something fast to eat. Upon entry I observed a clean dining area. Rico the manager greeted us with a smile made sure our mobile orders were accurate and that we had everything. He provided us great customer service. To my surprise the ice cream machine was fully operational. Overall a great experience for a very inexpensive meal. Thanks Rico for going above and beyond!“

“It's sad that I need to give this place such a low score on service ? the place is beautiful, the area around is great, BUT!!! I don't look like the majority of the people who visit the area. They have a large patio and I requested to sit outside. I was told that ALL the tables were reserved. All I needed was one little table for me. I was offered to sit at the bar when half of the place was empty inside. However, I'm a New Yorker, Its not in me to be a yes ma'am person. I asked for the manager, Tim, was my savior that day. I waited a little, but he found me a table outside. He served me with respect and kindness. Even though he was SOO BUSY, he made sure I got everything I needed. When you go there PLEASE ASK FOR TIM. He is just amazing. No other waitress or waiter even looked at me. Very sad to experience this in 2024, in such a nice place!My food was good. Now you know....talk to TIM“
“Boyfriend and I were debating on dinner when we came home and saw their food truck in the parking lot. Hands down best timing ever. I got the bacon chicken sammie and he got pork bbq mac n cheese. Most flavourful chicken I've had in my life and he loved his too. We will def be recommending to the front office to have them return to our apartments!“
“I had never been to this particular Cold Beer & Cheeseburger but love this place. I love their hamburgers! This time, I ordered something new....the Juicy Lucy. It was Yucky Yucky! So, I thought it was a regular hamburger with cheese. I requested Pepper Jack, my favorite. I ordered I medium-well. When I bit into it (bleh, I can still see it and it makes me cringe), this runny, gooey stuff came out of it. At first, I thought it maybe I got my friends burger. She ordered some burger with Thousand Island dressing. Then I thought maybe it was undercooked. I ask my friend what she thought it was. She didn't know. When the waitress came back by, I asked her. She said the burger was hollow and stuffed with the cheese. Oh...hmmm...okay! I still had to eat it with my eye shut AND just could not finish it. The look and texture were disgusting, and the taste only Ok. Lesson learned...don't order the Juicy Lucy!“
“I have been a fan of Smash Burger for a while now. This location didn’t disappoint. Now there are some negative reviews about this particular spot that were written a few months ago! And I must say. If management saw that, they must have really stepped their game up because we ordered our food and it was at the table by the time I returned from the self serve fountain drink station! It was fast! It was delicious. The double bacon smash really hit the spot tonight. My kids enjoyed their meals too, and also we tried the rosemary garlic fires! I have been won over! Absolutely delicious! And the service was fine! The workers were very helpful to us when we ordered. Happy with my experience tonight“
“Love this mom and pop owned Wendy's.. probably the cleanest Wendy's ever.. they take pride in owning this as they should.. staff is always polite. Foods great. Hot and fresh.. probably best fries..have to make a comment on the salads... fresh..... absolutely best fast food in town.. Burger King.. inconsistency is what I'll say.. mc Donald's..not sure that's even food and why is it so expensive.....but Wendy's...real beef patties...real chicken nuggets.. chilli!! Oh.. but wait.. can't forget..frosty and French fries..nom nom nom ;)“
