Why do they call it a smoothie if it's always too chunky to drink? I have to go home and re blend them almost every time I get a Jamba Juice. I've been a customer for 20 years and I go every day or every other day. I've dealt with smoothie after smoothie issues. Either it not being made correctly or it being too chunky to drink and so much fruit goes to waste. I've dealt with a mold issue. There's mold in the tops of the pre made ginger shots. I've dealt with açaí bowl issues where when I want to swap toppings and they still mess it up. I've spent too much money and time calling them and having them remake stuff that I think I just give up. Bye Jamba.

I am a paralyzed patient at a facility just down the street from this Jamba Juice. Whenever I call to make sure they received my order Emily always answers and is so nice and professional. Once they forgot a waffle I ordered and the next time I ordered they put my missing waffle in that bag with a note apologizing and a friendly note. I love the blue bowl they make and order one several times a week. Thank you Jamba Juice!Parking: Parking is not a problem at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Very mindful when it comes to wheelchair accessible except for the doors. All Jamba juice’s have very heavy glass doors that make it impossible for wheelchairs to get through without the help of a friendly customer or an attentive employee. Maybe get the wheelchair buttons installed so we can enter without relying on the generosity of strangers?

Never found a good drink that day sorry but it tasted like chalk or flour it was not good and when I tried the next one plain basic strawberry smoothie was not any flavor at all!! Sad won’t be back!

Awesome Customer Service. Very Professional and Proficient Service. A Newbie. My Smoothies and Belgium Waffle Parfait was Delicious. Establishment and Bathrooms are Clean. VERY REASONABLE PRICES ON THE MENU. I Was not a Fan of The Dragon Fruit Bowl. The Consistency was Gross. Definitely Coming Back.

Pathetic. I went to get a protein smoothie and the girls working couldn’t tell me how much protein was in the smoothie I would be buying. They said it’s just a scoop. I asked how many grams of protein is in that scoop and they didn’t know. And I asked them to check and they said they just use their own scoop and they don’t measure it out by grams of protein. So I asked am I just getting a smoothie with an unknown amount of protein in it. And they said it’s one scoop but wouldn’t tell me how many grams that one scoop of protein was. Going around in circles. I eventually just said never mindAnd the girl at the voice box literally said “lol”. Quite pathetic service. This was at 8:30 pm. I hope the manager see this cuz it’s was unacceptable

I love Jamba juice! Unfortunately near where I live we don't have any so anytime I'm near one I stop by and get my OG smoothie the "Strawberry Energizer" (which for some strange reason corp took off the menu which is weird because it's the best smoothie on the menu?) anyways they always make it for me as long as I can list off the ingredients, also they always have the sourdough and cheese pretzels I love too! Plus they recently told me that they have a military discount I never knew about so that's cool because that's the one thing I don't like is how expensive they are now but that's a corp decision this location is great and the young lady there gave me a compliment on my fly new shirt that I just put on so that was nice! ???

It’s frustrating to pay $9+ for a smoothie and they don’t fill it all the way to the top. I don’t come here often and that’s why. Every time I go I feel ripped off because they never fill the cups all the way up!
I went to this location which was totally out of my way because it states that they closed national 9pm. When I arrived at 8:20pm, the young lady stated that she was the shift manager told us they closed at 8pm because it was a holiday. I never knew in my 50 plus years that Halloween was a holiday. She refused to serve us and chuckled as she closed the drive thru window. She stated that the manager Emily, told them to close. I wasted my time and gas coming across town.
