Awesome Customer Service. Very Professional and Proficient Service. A Newbie. My Smoothies and Belgium Waffle Parfait was Delicious. Establishment and Bathrooms are Clean. VERY REASONABLE PRICES ON THE MENU. I Was not a Fan of The Dragon Fruit Bowl. The Consistency was Gross. Definitely Coming Back.
I love Jamba juice! Unfortunately near where I live we don't have any so anytime I'm near one I stop by and get my OG smoothie the "Strawberry Energizer" (which for some strange reason corp took off the menu which is weird because it's the best smoothie on the menu?) anyways they always make it for me as long as I can list off the ingredients, also they always have the sourdough and cheese pretzels I love too! I am a paralyzed patient at a facility just down the street from this Jamba Juice. Whenever I call to make sure they received my order Emily always answers and is so nice and professional. Once they forgot a waffle I ordered and the next time I ordered they put my missing waffle in that bag with a note apologizing and a friendly note.
