A fun little arcade with classic machines, plus a nice bar as well.

My husband and I live in the area and thought we would try the donuts. All I can say is that they have a horrible employee with a terrible attitude taking orders. This girl was short, kind of looked like Meg from family guy, and had zero, I mean zero hospitality. It was like we were doing her a disservice by giving them money. It’s a shame, the donut was good, but not good enough to ever have us return.

Tried to support small local business. Staff seemed indifferent. Barely even asked for our order. Training the staff would help or get new members that actually like people. Donut was great though.

As someone who visits downtown Gilbert often, this was our first time at this bar. Horrible service, we waited 30 minutes and no one took our order. We finally found a bar back who told us he isn’t allowed to take orders & would let the bartender know. She couldn’t be bothered, as we left so did others. We won’t be back!

Bartender Bartender female Bartender without pointing out any names is extremely rude. Please someone do something about her. She is sassy and condescending. Apparently hates her job. The location is great, but the same bartender everyone talks about is rude. It makes me and my friends not want to come there anymore. I would say more but, this is just completely nonsense!
Went once and the bartender cut me off after one drink. Still dont know why. I was not acting crazy lol but she would not give me a reason as to why.. games are ok but it gets really pact. Mesa one is better

We went to level one today and the bartender was extremely rude as soon as we got there. She was short, condescending, no customer service, belittle some of us, and made our experience terrible. We have been there many times and have never experienced such horrendous service. We couldn’t even stand to stay there or want to spend another dime due to her poor attitude. What was sad is that her fellow coworkers said she’s always rude and I saw it not only with us, but with all the customers she served. Our friend had accidentally got soap in his first beer from the automatic soap dispenser in the bathroom, right after he had gotten it. He talked to this bartender, who wouldn’t help him, but told him oh well you have to pay, it’s your fault. Okay whatever we can pay, but just wow, any good establishment or “manger” as she called herself would have not responded or treated a customer like that. As you can say we will not be returning.

Service was absolute trash. Bartender was rude from the moment we walked in. Not only to us but to all guests. She said she was the manager but I hope not. If this place is trusting her to “manage”, then they are gonna lose a lot of clientele.$3 beers couldn’t even keep us here after the interaction with her. Even the other staff said they wondered about her attitude on a daily basis.
