I have to say that I just had the most amazing customer experience! I placed an order for an Easter party and unfortunately I sent it to the wrong store. On top of that technology got in the way and I was about to give up and just forget about the $35 I spent. I called and spoke to Kristen at the Gilbert location and rather than tell me she couldn't help me she took my info, said she'd call the other store and take care of it. I just picked up my order with no issue at all!

Always a crowd favorite! I like that we can change up the icing styles on the cakes. I have an online ordering girlie and it's always so easy. Plus they sometimes have $5 off of $30 deals/coupons going on which is nice, be on the look out for those. Everyone is always so friendly when picking the order- fast service. I did pick up with my toddler which was a bit stressful because there is alot of the knickknacks around the store that they can quickly grab if you turn away for a second but!! They gave him a cute little print out coloring page & a couple of crayons while someone grabbed my order which was so sweet!

As I sat there feeling guilty for using drive-up - I was exhausted after a 12-hour day - and here she came with a big smile on her face. It was one of those small moments of kindness that totally made my day. She happily grabbed my order and brought it to me and wished me a good day with a kind smile.

I got the mini Bundt cakes to take to an event. I forget what they are called, but you get a box of 12. They were absolutely delish and a big hit at the event. I might have to start going and getting them just to have for our family! Yum. The store is very cute and spotless. The service was fast, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this place!

Also, to my service members; 10% entire purchase! I know it works for the cakes; not sure about the other products. Anyway, this place is now a birthday tradition for me also, for your birthday- if you get an 8 or 10" bundt cake you get a FREE mini Bundt cake! (Bundtlet, they call it)

Literally can not go wrong with a bundt cake from NBC! This location is well stocked, clean and friendly. I personally don't understand how people can need "extra frosting" as I feel these are on the heavier frosted side. The great thing about these is I can just scrap off the frosting. Snickerdoodle, carrot, lemon, strawberry and chocolate are amongst the normal flavors order for our family.
