Wow, I was really looking forward to trying this place, but after reading all the bad reviews.. I think I'll go to subway lol... No but seriously..the reviews made me change my mind..from the skimpy servings for the price, all the way to the customer service... I'll think I'll save my money... thanks people for your honest reviews, saved me from waiting money ?

Thank you for bogo tax day deal but trying to kill my friend & I will by putting HUGE handful, over dozen plus of hot peppers on each sandwich isn't very kind. Order here alot & have never had this problem before but definitely spoiled the meal.

Ordered an Avocado -turkey sandwich. It was very bland and you would think for $13.29 you would actually be able to taste the avocado. There was the smallest bit of avocado in it. I had to dig through the sandwich to see if there was even any avocado on it.

I have usually had a pretty good experience at Potbelly. This particular visit I had found some plastic baked into my sandwich which really freaked me out. They said it was from the ham packaging. I returned it and they made another and offered me a free drink for my troubles which I declined because I felt like I should have been offered something other than just a fountain drink. I don't think I will be returning. Anyway, make sure you are checking over your food guys!

Standing in the store right now. 2 decent size catering orders got mixed up and now both parties are at least 30 minutes late to their engagements. Stores answer was to spend 15 minutes trying to call the person who took the wrong order rather than just make it right. It’s a shame, I love potbelly’s and won’t give up on them as a whole, but I will not be visiting this location again

I have to say worst service at a sandwich shop I've ever had on 1-7-24 @ 1:00 pm and brought my family for lunch and the sandwiches were not made how we orded it and not sure how that happened cause you order down a line but what made it worse was the sandwich maker in a blue bandana was rude and giving dirty looks for no reason and had a beard and was not wearing a net over his beard. And the whole time we ate there he was he kept staring me down like I did something wrong wish I could take my tip back. Would think three times before returning.

This was my first time eating from this place. The food reminded me of Subway. I ordered a Wreck sub and small loaded potato soup. Very expensive and hardly any meat on the sandwich. The soup tasted better that the sandwich. However you only get a very small portion of soup for the price. I'm sorry but I was not impressed at all. Not sure if I'll try it again.

I am obsessed with their Italian sandwich here so good and fresh. I recommend the medium size it's a perfect size if you really hungry. I drizzled a little bit of oil olive at home and it was fantastic.

As an ex-Chicago guy with my first visit dating back to '90 and the original Lincoln Park locations: I have seen this chain grow quite a bit over the years. No longer a small mom and pop shop, now this PE backed firm has expanded all over the country. Some locations are superb, some are average. None capture the warmth and quality of the original, but still better than most on the market currently.Food: Lots of options now, but the Wreck was my current and frequent order. Fireball is an excellent "In-app" hidden menu option, so give that a try. Cookies are always excellent as well! Only downfall is the massive drop in quality of the shakes. They are less ice cream and more milk. Sometimes I get one that is just watery, other times like today, it was just watered (milked) down. Couldn't even make out that it was supposed to be cookies and cream. I think I just need to stop ordering it, just not worth it.Overall: Great sandwiches, good soups and great cookies. Worth a visit!

I had the Mediterranean skinny. They didn’t remove the bread from the skinny, and I had virtually no chicken. Also, the noise in the restaurant is crazy, couldn’t even hear ourselves think.

What is going on with eating out in general? Premium prices but getting the minimum..So I have to say this has always been one of my FAVORITE sandwich places!! I always get the wreck and never a prob until tonight. Where is the meat that is supposed to be on my sandwich?? Very fine one slice of each meat...not enough! Charge me even more but I want some meat on my sandwich!!!!!
