Minor issue picking up but manager was on it and knew about the issue and had a solution prior to my arrival. Based on my experience I can tell the manager does really care about customers.
I (Ash) made a mistake placing my mobile order for a Vanilla Sweet Cream Nitro Cold Bree Grande with the wrong location assuming that this location has got my order!! But the moment they noticed the problem their Barista whom I do not remember his name offered to make it for me instead of me having to go to the ordering store which is almost 10 miles away!!! Atlas and Alex are amazing with customer service and fast to make the drinks. Alex got started right away making ours and Atlas was easy to talk to and explain the drinks. Definitely would drive out of my way to come to this specific store due to them. Drinks were made DELICIOUS by Alex as well.
