“Wandering downtown in the Roosevelt District and came across this little gem. OK it’s not very little or undiscovered, but it was a delight. I have a friend who is somewhat vegan and she was able to find a ton of options on this menu. They have a great base and you can kind of cater a few things. They’ve quite streamlined it so that everybody leaves happy.There is a ton of indoor and outdoor seating. I love that they offer water to everybody as it’s facing the street. It seems like even though they are a bougie brewery they do try their best to be environmental and community focused, so I have to seriously respect that.I got a burger and it was not cheap at $17. It was a really really excellent burger and it was downtown. The food came fast and felt real. Like the ingredients were very quality in the french fries were delicious. I didn’t feel gross after eating it even though I’m not a regular burger eater. They have a good mix of pub, food and health food and a ton of vegetarian options.You start a tab at either the food spot or the beer spot but you can keep adding which is delightfully dangerous. I got a half pour of a Muir. It was not my jam, but I knew it was not going to be my jam when I ordered it. As in, I was excited to try it, but I knew it was not something I wanted to drink a full pint of. The bartenders are all incredibly friendly and patient even though they are busy. Wonderful service all around. They had great advice to give when I asked, and seemed very passionate about their pours. They also have a mixture of beers and some good local wine and cocktails so there’s a ton for anyone.Was certainly a really wonderful experience. I love the environment, the food, staff and the drink.”

“We saw Thanks A Brunch pop up on Uber Eats. Since they had some vegan options, we decided to try them out. We got 2 Vegan Breakfast Burritos and 1 Vegan Pesto Breakfast Sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Part of our party is not Vegan, and they loved the food as well. We will definitely order again and try out all of their options. So happy we found them.”
“On one of the hottest days this summer in the Gilbert area, Boba Tealight really hit the spot. Nice, cold and refreshing boba tea options. So many flavors to choose from. I opted for a large taro milk tea with boba. Just the right level of sweetness and the boba were the perfect texture. Very refreshing and cool. I would definitely recommend Boba Tealight to my family and friends and will be back to try more of the other delicious flavors.”

“We are visiting from Canada and wanted to find a Kava retailer to try. We found The Mad Hatter on google and headed over. We were welcomed in and given the low down on how to order and what to try. It was such a great atmosphere and very relaxed. There were board games to play, so we sat and enjoyed our drinks and played a few games. Delicious drinks that were exactly what we were looking for. I tried it today with my sister for the first time and I will be back because ive tried a few macarons but these have hit the top charts for me! Even my sister was floored at how good they are. Perfectly balanced macarons. ? what's great is you bring back your box and can get 15% off (and even the box they put them in is top quality). I love also that I was told they switch out the flavors so you won't ever get bored. 10/10 recommend!”

I get it, and I appreciated that they sat me despite not having a reservation, but not exactly the best bar atmosphere. I was outside with others who also got kicked out and laughed about being the outcasts… not exactly the most hospitable policy to patrons. Can’t imagine being a business owner and kicking people out of my bar after only a half an hour. The staff was friendly, the drinks were pretty good but pricey.”

“Without a doubt this place stands way above any Thai restaurant I've visited.From the time we walked in from a friendly greeting from the owner to the meal to leaving where the owner made sure our visit met all our needs. He explained how important it is when cooking. He ensures he uses the highest quality ingredients that his mother enforced in him and trust me the meal showed he follows those values.The food exceeded anything I've tasted, the vibrant flavors and aroma that jelled were amazing, presentation was excellent and the service from the owners wife and Vicki was A+.Well worth the drive and we will be a regular to this restaurant.”
“I recently dined at Szechuan Tasty and was thoroughly impressed with the experience. We started with the pork soup dumplings, which were delightfully soupy and bursting with flavor. The wrapper had just the right texture, making every bite enjoyable. Moving on to the main course, the Szechuan beef was a standout with its savory sauce and perfectly cooked vegetables - tender but not soggy or overcooked, with a slight crunch. However, the star of the meal was undoubtedly the spicy fish fillet. The fish was incredibly light and crispy, with a tender, flaky interior. Topped with spicy chopped dried chilies, green onion, and Szechuan peppercorn, it was a true flavor explosion. The service was both friendly and knowledgeable, adding to the overall positive experience. While the atmosphere may have been a tad plain, the exceptional food more than made up for it. I highly recommend Sichuan Tasty for anyone looking to indulge in authentic and flavorful Sichuan cuisine.”

“I have been here numerous times with my family and with colleagues. I’m very particular about mexican food as I am from California and this is the best I have found here. The guacamole is super good and we all love the chips and salsa. We have tried the ceviche, flautas, enchiladas, fajitas, and lots of other items and each time they are delicious. There flan and fried ice cream are also our favorites! We can’t wait to go back :)”

Though it looked good the taste just wasn't there. Maybe next timeThis was our second time back in because of the great food and mainly for the honey butter and bread appetizer. Our waitress did forget to put in the order for that so we got our dinner and no bread. But they were super sorry and comped the bread and we ate it for desert so all worked out. Great people great environment they have an open kitchen which is cool you can watch them cook food with 4 different bathroom themes which is unique and a wood fire grill for the pizza. “It's a small but cool place to grab a drink and read a book - there are several different seating options available including couches!I am in a book group that meets here, been here twice now, the first time I ordered the smashed grilled cheese and a craft beer of some sort and the second time only ordered craft beer.I am a simple man, my go-to foods are mac and cheese, grilled cheese with fries, and chicken strips. I mention this because the first time I came here I ordered their Smashed Grilled Cheese and I was not a fan, the bread was tasteless, the cheese was too thin, not enough taste to go with the smashed grilled bread. The potato chips they provide with the grilled cheese are almost as bad, they provide absolutely nothing to the meal, no taste at all.However, if you can look past their grilled cheese, it's a great place. Notice my review is still 5 stars, I would recommend coming here, just stay away from their grilled cheese, please.”

They always ask how the food is and the owner is usually there talking to his customers and making sure all is good. Great food gluten free or not. However, the gluten free orange chicken is so so good! You would never know any of their dishes that you order gluten free are actually gluten free because they don't taste any different than normal menu items. “One of my top 5 fave bars in AZ! I’ve been going to D Monks since 2019 and I absolutely love this place! Everyone is incredibly nice and very welcoming. They have some of the best taps brewed in house. My two fave go-to’s are the Wy Abbo & Dareo. They put on a lot of fun events like trivia, vinyl night & many others. Plus they have some of the best rotating food trucks and pop ups that are always delicious. Want to give a shoutout to Bri who always is so kind & always makes sure that my pup has water when we sit out. She’s the best! Def check this place out!”

Our number was table 40, and it stated on the table marker that our food would be delivered to our table when ready. After waiting several minutes, I went up front to check on my order only to discover it sitting on the counter. There were not a lot of people in the restaurant, and the crew was just standing up front chatting. If the restaurant had been busy, I could have accepted this, but it wasn't, so I was a little disappointed my food set up front and cooled down. It wasn't cold, but it wasn't hot either. “What an adorable spot and a perfect night for me to make my first trip from North phoenix to the East Valley. Beautiful weather for dining al fresco. The string lighting through the garden, the service and most importantly the delicious food were worth the trek. We shared the Ahi tuna sandwich which is a farm favorite. It’s huge and comes with a side. We chose the sweet potato fries of course and added a free side salad. How sweet is that? Also - please try their fresh squeezed lemonades!! The blackberry lemonade was so reminiscent of the old Hotdog on a stick - Wow. I’m certain to be back again. So much seating too. “We stumbled upon this gem while shopping at San Tan Village. We came back the next day since we were stuffed at the time. There was a line but moved quickly when we came around 8pm. The flavors were reminiscent of Italy and there were so many choices it was so hard choosing. We samples a few before deciding. Small has 1 flavor so we got mediums for 2 flavors. 2 medium gelatos came to about $13 which was reasonable. I had the marbled black cherry and bellini. The bellini had an entire bottle of champagne in it I was told. It tasted like a bellini! The cherry had huge cherry pieces inside. My son had the toasted marshmallow and mint chocolate chip (with Andes mint). The gelato had so much flavor it was delicious. The only criticism is that the gelato was a bit too soft otherwise it was great.Is it America's Best Gelato? Possibly, but there is more gelato to try until making that decision.”

I got a mango tangerine seltzer from the cooler and they gave me a glass of ice too. It was refreshing and light!You can also buy light snacks like cheese and cracker board, beef jerky, popcorn and nut snacks. They even sell doggie treats and although I didn’t see any dogs when I was there, I was told doggies are welcome inside and they even provide doggie beds and water bowls! It was great to find - for the first time in many years- soft serve frozen custard that comes really close to our beloved Carvel in New York. We're kind of hard to please in this category and Jeremiah's did not disappoint. The gentleman who helped us was pleasant, helpful and patient. The only downside to our visit was a man who walked in a few minutes after we were served and seated. He was immediately and very politely informed by the man behind the counter that he needed to move his large pickup truck from the active driveway that he was fully blocking. This man was beyond condescending and rude to a person who was doing his job, and doing it well. He kept insisting that his order for a coconut ice be filled. He was informed each time that his order would be filled once he moved his vehicle, even when the employee explained, several times, that his vehicle could not remain in the driveway because it was the only way for drive through banking patrons to exit. This guy just wasn't getting it and was being a total jerk. Andy, the employee, never lost his cool, and did not alter his demeanor of professionalism. I honestly don't know how he managed to continue speaking to the man without losing it and sinking to the guy's level.Just wanted to weigh in on what was POSITIVE about this situation because people are very quick to post bad reviews but not always so fast to commend someone who did everything right. Goodness it looked good. Can't wait to try it next time I'm in Arizona. Another friend had ramen with shrimp. The noodles looked excellent, but I didn't get a chance to try it. Another friend had the chow me in. He said it was good and that I should try it next time. Soft shell crab sticky buns appetizer was outstanding, just know that it comes with an aioli. Similarly, the calamari fries and comes drizzled with a semi-spicy aioli. They were very small, but very tasty. Finally, another friend had the pork belly sticky buns appetizer. I didn't try it because pork belly is too fatty for me, but he said it was good.”

The only downfall is their prices are quite a bit high. I ordered a 16oz mushroom latte with cashew milk and maple syrup. The latte was delicious (although I'll probably skip the maple next time) but it was over $11! I also ordered their avocado toast, which was amazing. In total for my toast and drink, I paid $26. I'd like to come here more often because they serve up some healthy stuff that tastes amazing but I'll have to take a second mortgage out on my house to do so haha. Staff was super friendly and the place was pretty clean and bright. I'll be back and hope their prices will adjust once all this inflation calms down.”

“Went to grab some chicken tacos before my son's football started. We were the only customers inside the restaurant because it was only 11:45am .So I figured we would get our food pretty fast. We didn't.I ordered two chicken tacos with sour cream and a kids meal with chicken nuggets fries drink and churros. After a few minutes I was told they don't have nuggets so we got the bean burrito instead.One man came in after us, placed his order after us, got his food a few minutes later, then left. About 5 minutes after he got his order I got mine.The chicken was burnt and dry in the chicken tacos. There was a strong overwhelming chili taste I didnt know it cost $2.20 for 2oz. of sour cream....yikes. I'll skip that addition next time.This location was a disappointment to what Im used to from Filiberto's honestly. He manages to address each customer as they approach the counter and quickly has the orders out... without mistakes! The rest of the staff also provides quality customer service. Our server Caitlyn (she was new I believe) was attentive and amazing on a chill Sunday afternoon. While I read the menu thoroughly every time I always get the same thing lol. Chicken was crispy and fried perfectly. Waffles are always my favorite. The new preroll appetizer was awesome too. Only small criticism was our seating. On a slow Sunday they grouped everyone in the middle tables. It's like we could hear all of each others conversations. Talking about nasty booty holes and what they did the night prior. There were several booths and other places open but we were grouped together. Next time we'll request to be at least a little apart from others.”

One location was take out only, the second wouldn’t have their ovens ready for another hour. Why was it so hard to find pizza?! Well, now I know it’s because the universe, the pizza Gods, or someone, was guiding us to the very best place, Buono’s! We had the fried zucchini and margarita pizza (basil in every bite, amazing crust, and cheese) everything was amazing! Even the ranch was amazing! Owner/staff super friendly and welcoming, and the prices were reasonable. I’ve paid more for pizza that wasn’t even in the same league as this. It’s an hour drive for us but we will do it again, just for the pizza!”

The owners are remarkably friendly, helpful, and patient towards first-time customers determining what to order. They do not treat customers like "another order to hurry through", but as people who deserve a pleasant experience. Their menu offers a vast selection of products suitable for people of multiple demographics, not exclusively body-builders. The drinks are both healthy and delicious (coming from someone who is quite picky, might I add), the workstations are sanitary, and the customer service is top notch.Dietary restrictions: A lot of their menu items are clearly labeled gluten free, and proper sanitary measures are taken to prevent cross contamination.”

“On one of the hottest days this summer in the Gilbert area, Boba Tealight really hit the spot. Nice, cold and refreshing boba tea options. So many flavors to choose from. I opted for a large taro milk tea with boba. Just the right level of sweetness and the boba were the perfect texture. Very refreshing and cool. I would definitely recommend Boba Tealight to my family and friends and will be back to try more of the other delicious flavors.”

The string lighting through the garden, the service and most importantly the delicious food were worth the trek. We shared the Ahi tuna sandwich which is a farm favorite. It’s huge and comes with a side. We chose the sweet potato fries of course and added a free side salad. How sweet is that? Also - please try their fresh squeezed lemonades!! The blackberry lemonade was so reminiscent of the old Hotdog on a stick - Wow. I’m certain to be back again. So much seating too. Whoever thought of the TV’s and Barbie displays in the bathroom is hilarious.”

Once inside, I really liked the vibe, friendly staff, stylish eclectic feel. We started with some cocktails and crispy spring rolls. Fantastic! CJ was bartending and certainly had his mixology down. The Burnt Offering was amazing! Spring rolls were fresh, crispy and very authentic. For dinner we had the Shaking Beef and pork Belly and Egg Clay pot. Both were delicious but I was most impressed by the pork belly! Alexandra was very knowledgeable about the restaurant and filled us in on its history and some new concept restaurants that management had coming up in Gilbert and Downtown. Phoenix. Hands down my new fav restaurant. I’m looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu as well as the new locations”

The bun is spongy and definitely liked the bun. The sandwich flavors were good, this had a Mediterranean vibe with cucumbers and hummus. I didn't get any sides so I can't comment on that. The ordering process is through a kiosk, even with no one in line and staff at the front counter, you have to use the kiosks. And you do swipe your card first before picking menu items. Strange process. The staff member was kind enough to walk me through the kiosk situation, but it not a big fan of kiosk ordering and prefer interacting with real living humans. I can see this ordering as a way to limit hiring staff. But the lack of personal touch is part of the reason for taking away a star. After ordering, your name will go up on the TV screen above the pick up window bays, and you'll see how long your order will take and to which cubby your order will be delivered. I would still eat here if someone asked to meet up here, but I don't think I'd go out of my way to come here. Although I am curious to try the Ranch sandwich. So, maybe to be continued....”
“We saw Thanks A Brunch pop up on Uber Eats. Since they had some vegan options, we decided to try them out. We got 2 Vegan Breakfast Burritos and 1 Vegan Pesto Breakfast Sandwich. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. Part of our party is not Vegan, and they loved the food as well. We will definitely order again and try out all of their options. So happy we found them.”
