I went into this place with the wrong expectations, and that's my fault, so I'm not going to reduce points for that. Sushi Brokers is NOT a quick bite, low price place. You will end up spending roughly $30-$50 depending on how much you personally can eat. They are, however, incredibly friendly, and amazingly helpful in selecting and assisting any questions you have. They are even willing to substitute items in rolls that you personally don't like, on slow days. Beyond my mistake, it's a fantastic place to eat.

Sushi Brokers is one of my favorite restaurants of all time. Always amazing fresh quality sushi. Amazing Kitchen Menu with Option for everyone to enjoy. Looking around staff is always beautiful and attentive. Always seeming to be hard at work. They have a sushi wizard his name is Joe, ask for him at the sushi bar friday and saturday nights! Try their fried Cheesecake for dessert! One of the best restaurants in downtown gilbert, Unique menu from all the other restaurants that all have the same things.

Slow service. Decent sushi. Lollipop and Sunrise roll were good.

The rolls were very small and low quality as far as the fish flavor. Way too expensive for what it is. Edamame was made soft, mushy, and otherwise difficult to eat and enjoy. (Apparently that was the intention). Las Vegas was good for the fried tempura but nothing else about it was notable. Cowboy, Sunshine, and Alaskan was also ordered, cowboy was off as far as flavor and quality but so far no ill affects. Staff checked on us appropriately but we did wait on the bill for three table touches. Plates came dirty the first round. All in all we tried a new sushi place but won’t be back.

Food is decent and service can be nice but not worth the price for the food and drinks.I’ve come here multiple times and have never been impressed with the food and drinks for the high price. You’re paying for the atmosphere and Gilbert.4 sake bombers and 2 rolls with salmon was ~$160

I had better expectations from this place, having been to their Scottsdale location. The place seemed a bit dirty upon entry. It was verified when we received a dirty ramekin. We asked for it to be exchanged and were brought another dirty one. Our waitress had no etiquette and was not a good, professional server. She took a while to come to the table and when she did come we were ready to order drinks and food. I was iffy about the way she took our order down, and sure enough she came back to ask what drink I had ordered. There’s nothing wrong with that, but it was just the unprofessional manner in which she asked. The food was alright, we ordered sushi, it was good, but maybe not for that price. I think they have a cleanliness and server problem at this location. It was a Saturday night, everywhere in Gilbert was hopping and this place wasn’t even half full. That was a bad omen right off the bat.

I share my love of sushi and I had given the chance SEVERAL times to Sushi Brokers..... more like the servers are BROKEN. I understand that they can get busy but standing at the front EVERYTIME and I get more acknowledgement from the diners sitting than the servers who blantly make eye contact with you then continue to do nothing and no acknowledgement... and this wasn't just ONE occasion... EVERYTIME I've gone in.... even with a reservation. All I'm asking is for more effort and simple customer service interaction rather than being pissed that a rush is happening.... thats the service industry... coming from someone who's worked in the industry. If you don't like it, quit.

I highly recommend not eating here. Service and food was horrible. Prices are overpriced for the poor quality of food. We left and ended up getting food on our way home. ?

I regret to say that my experience at Sushi Brokers in Downtown Gilbert was extremely disappointing. Despite the restaurant not being packed, the sushi took an unacceptable 50 minutes to arrive. Throughout the agonizing wait, there was a notable absence of managerial presence, with the team seemingly occupied in the back kitchen. When the rolls finally arrived, they were spaced out by 15 minutes and tasted terrible. I am genuinely concerned about the potential for foodborne illness. The exorbitant prices only add insult to injury. I strongly advise against dining here, as you're likely to encounter long waits and subpar food quality.

Took 20 min to get the drink order, another 20 to bring out 1 bottled beer, then 40 more to get the food. Over priced for average sushi.

The food was ok…the prices are ridiculous for those tiny portions , like for the French , the Alaskan roll was not what I thought it would be, the drinks were spot on. The tab was 96$ and we ordered 2 crab Rangoon , 1 coke , 1 lychee alcohol beverage, 10 pieces of the salmon sashimi, , 3 rolls of sushi and what appeared to throw it all together, they didn’t even bother to separate it out , the waitress didn’t explain anything ? (poor presentation) , but hey ?! I guess it’s a great place if you just wanna grab a tiny bite to eat and a drink or more drinks ?But I give it a 3 ,Just some things you gotta try once
