So I went in to pick up an online order and a door dash guy was being super super rude to an employee. He was so rude. The girl handling the situation was so nice and professional. She handled everything in such a great way! Idk how she was so calm and respectful. She needs a raise. I asked her name because I want to let management know they have a great employee. Her name is Tierra. ( I hope I spelled her name right) She is gem and you guys are lucky to have her.
Kudos to the crew at this location. The delivery service delivered our order to the wrong place. I went to Little Caesars to get the order replaced and they were very apologetic (not even their mistake) and helpful. I gave them the name, they looked it up and pulled up the order and remade the order while I waited.I won't name the well-known delivery service, but I will certainly never use them. We were watching our order status on the computer and it suddenly changed to "delivered"....read full review
