“Were from Houston and wanted something quick that we could pick up and eat at home. Pizza Old Roma came up on Google Maps with great reviews so we decided to try it out. It was easy to locate and we could park on the side streets to run in and place our order. We ordered the meat trio, a pepperoni pizza, and 30 wings in bbq, hot and sweet chili. When we bit into one of the pizzas we noticed it was undercooked. The other one was OK but maybe because we were waiting for our order, they took it out earlier than needed. Pizza flavor was delicious though and even better reheated in thr oven the next day. The wing flavors were also good although I would've preferred a crisper wing.“

“This is not commentary on the food itself, but an issue that customers need to be aware of when ordering delivery. Many restaurants are doing this, and this is yet another...do NOT try to tip the delivery driver through them. They subcontract the services of people like Door Dash, and when a tip is added to the order the delivery driver will never see a dime. The restaurant KEEPS those tips. I always tip in cash myself, because multiple restaurant chains are doing this to drivers that end up making as low as $2.50 in TOTAL for bringing even a large entire catering order to someone. This exact scenario occurred with an order from this location.“

“I had such a great experience with Brooke and Emily at the 59th & Thunderbird location! They went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue I had with a wing order from a completely different location — a situation that didn’t even pertain to them.

Instead of brushing me off, they took the time to listen, understand what happened, and actually help make the situation right. They were both extremely kind, professional, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left satisfied.

Their customer service completely turned around a frustrating experience for me. Brooke and Emily are a perfect example of how customers should be treated, and they absolutely deserve recognition for going out of their way to help with an issue they didn’t even cause. Thank you both so much!“

“Assolutamente fantastico!! Never has there been an Italian restaurant that offered so many wonderful choices for just about any diet. Are you kidding me? Zoodles? Spaghetti Squash? This is also one of the few places left that still have angel hair pasta and they use deliciously perfect Roma tomatoes. No sugar added tomato sauce AND everything made in-house? Wow...that's about all I can say about this wonderful gem in the desert. Everything had taste bud pleasing flavor, portion sizes are perfect and at a very decent price. Not to mention service was perfect, immediate and very accommodating. Whether this was a lucky night for us, or the usual for this wonderful place, they have new fans that will back for more. There is a ton of variety to the menu which requires more visits to experience. Don't pass this place up! The only suggestion is the artichoke leaves could be a little more tender using the baby leaves only, however, they are delicious and worth a try.“

As a vegetarian, I was surprised to see the vegan Italian sausage option.

There was a man at the bar which is there all the time and he was watching nascar with his phone blaring! It also was nascar!! RUDE and selfish! People started leaving. Do not get a burger as the one I got was like a thin frozen type patty that wasn't too flavourful and just plain Jane.... But I think most else would be good..but overall a place to grab a drink and something to hold you tummy over.... Honestly I will swing through again for the vibe“

Tonight the atmosphere was terrible. 2 moms and I dad and 4 kids were throwing water at each other and having a water gun .The water landed on a women and a man in the booth over from them. “I’ve been living in Glendale for the past six years, and I can’t believe I waited this long to try this Long Wong’s! I usually go to the one on 75th and Thomas, so this location had completely slipped my mind.
I stopped by for the first time last week and was really impressed. The food was amazing! I ordered a pepperoni pizza and the honey hot wings, and both were delicious. The wings had a great balance of sweet and spicy, and the pizza was just as satisfying.

The customer service was also great—everyone was friendly and welcoming. I took my food to go, but even during my short time inside, I noticed that the atmosphere was very welcoming and comfortable.

I’m definitely glad I finally gave this location a try. I’ll be coming back!“
