They serve food with no gloves. The cashier was more fixated on someone picking up an order and having to wait she acted like she didn't hear what I said. If hearing is a big thing than maybe yall shouldn't have music playing!

Got a large firecracker shrimp which of course you pay extra for. Only had 3 shrimp in a sea of vegetables and paid $25. Oh, and it was 2 inches from the top of the box. Don't say it's shrimp if it's all vegetables.

Customer service is poor. Nobody was in line ahead of me. Yet 3 employees stood there without acknowledging me. Finally one girl, while looking down asked what they could start for me. When I realized she was talking to me, I asked for a plate with chow mein. Then she stood there looking down until I realized she was ready for me to tell her what else I wanted. When I asked for Beijing beef, she said it would be a wait. I asked how long. She rolled her eyes and yelled at the cook. He said 5 minutes. She rolled her eyes back to me. So I looked at the food on the line. Half the pans were empty. The other half were dried up. Then I watched the drive thru guy fumbling with his headset bare handed then immediately touching the food. That was enough for me. I walked across the parking lot to McDonald's.

We order the plate and they said they’re out of certain dishes because the grills don’t work so we order what they have available (mushroom chicken and broccoli beef). When we got home and open the food, there are just vegetables and no meat.

Unfortunately this location is probably the worst experience I've had at a Panda Express. My chicken was completely burnt, dry, and flavorless. The super greens smelt spectic. Also when they gave me my juice the cup was half full and warm (even after adding additional ice to it). Overall it was completely unappetizing. I feel like it will be awhile before I return to another Panda Express again.

If I could have it would have been zero stars! Was asked to park and I am not sure why all ALL my food was old! Ordered the teriyaki chicken and no teriyaki sauce! Ordered the cheese ragoons and no sweet and sour sauce! The portions were small and my food was old. I will NEVER be coming back!

Cashier shrugged me off and didn't make any attempt to figure out or ask for help if she didn't know. Poor customer service so why bother using app

Went through the drive thruThe lady was rude .She told me the total 29.72 so I gave her 30.00 she closed her drawer and didn’t bother to give me my change . When I asked for it and the receipt she gave me 1 quarter and no receipt . She also didn’t give me my drink .Make the extra drive to a different location that won’t steal from you.:)
