Ordered a pizza for delivery online. They called over an hour later to tell us that we were not in they're delivery range which was literally .1 miles further than the closest one. Pizza was made but couldn't be delivered. Asked to credit our account so we could order from another location. "Sorry my mess up but we can't do that" now we're going to sit for another hour to get our food.
Pizza never delivered -when called store on 58th Ave and Bell Rd the mánager said he had called 5 times to tell me i was out of his service area-which he didnt. When i called him out on it he got defensive and disconnected call. Didnt get my order and nor my rewards refunded. Better Customer Service from management is needed.

The pizza was good but the driver was so disrespectful!!! I ordered contactless delivery therefore I left the tip online (15%, thought i would mention in case somebody thinks I left like a 5% tip). After he delivered the pizza he STOOD IN FRONT OF MY DOOR waiting for a cash tip. I still gave him whatever cash I had left just so he can leave. Why is the contactless delivery option even available?! Never ordering from here again.
