When I arrived, I was excited to eat some pretzel bites. I planned it ever since I came. I was fine waiting in a long line, but what I didn't understand was why the cashier couldn't even smile and be approachable. I asked for the sour cream & onion pretzel bites, because those were my favorite. In response, the cashier looked at me like I was stupid. So, I settled for regular pretzel bites instead with my mango boba. Everyone was in such a rush, they completely doused my pretzel bites with too much salt. I was not satisfied. That's why it's a 1 out of 5 rating. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to feel horrible after you finish your food.

Came in on Black Friday today and the lady at the front was very rude and condescending. Then I handed her cash and she never gave me change back and I didn't want to deal with her attitude so I just left. I won't be returning and I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service.

Ya not sure what's going on here. So they advertise a 1-2-3 meal! One item one drink one dipping sauce right at least that's the way I've always purchased a meal. So we order 3 meals go to pay and I ask the cashier if she rang it up right her response "oh hehe yes we don't sell a meal we sell everything individually priced so it full price hehe" ok so I ask her why do you have it as a meal? Oh I don't know. Ya well needless to say we were already there so I just paid. Let's just say it tasted different know they don't offer that little bit of discount when you purchase a full meal lol! They even charged for the dipping sauce!! Oh well kids ate them then again they will eat anything without chewing so sorry it doesn't mean much. Lol little greasy for me but it is what it is. Hey do t let me influence you go and make your own decision.. enjoy

Stopped here for pretzel bites in the arena during a concert. Good pretzels, but nothing amazing. Cheese sauce was good for being very processed in a little cup. Can't say the pretzel bites and cheese were worth $10, but that is arena concessions.

Staff is always stoned out of their minds, eyes always bloodshot red and droopy and stink of weed. Good luck trying to get your order correct the first time. It doesn’t matter how many times you repeat yourself, there’s always something missing or wrong. My absolute favorite is when you ask for something and they claim to be out, but what you asked for is in the glass container.

Just went to claim my cheesy dog bite, (they gave me this coupon after an previous purchase). The person at the window said the $1 promotion is just for the pretzel, lemonade or drink. Yet it says cheesy dog bites bigger than anything else and the picture on the coupon is of cheesy dog bites. You lost me over $1, Wetzles. Google won't add the photo in the post. Of course the smell of fresh pretzels makes your stomach growl! This location definitely satisfies your craving but unfortunately the past two times I've had their salted pretzel bites, they're way too salty, the cheese is overpriced and the line is ridiculous. Also, the store is tiny so when it's crowded (usually always), you're literally breathing on the person in the front of you. Aside from that, they're very fresh!
I'm not sure how big a chain Wetzel's Pretzels is, all I know is the aroma of fresh-baked pretzels interrupted our window shopping at the outlet mall and brought us in. That, and the fact you could watch them making pretzels through the window...the smell + watching them make = gonna buy something! Most likely the store has pretzel samples upon request; we bypassed that idea and ordered 2 things of cinnamon wetzel bitzs (with that sweet caramel dip) and a couple of frozen strawberry lemonades. The Wetzel bitz were good but tasted about 15 minutes old, made more palatable with the caramel dip. The frozen drinks were good, with the right amount of ice and lemonade. With a friendly staff and a convenient location, they should have no problem getting business. Use military discount if you have it. I recommend downloading the free app...I didn't (my town has no store); it's worth considering. Just make sure everything's made fresh.
