Not sure how this place has the reviews it does. I went in to get breakfast sandwiches for my group…since it says “to go”. I asked the little red head at the register if they had a menu… she snapped at me “I’m busy” mumbled something then pointed to the end of the counter…(her busy was leaning over the register playing on her phone). I sit down, no one approaches me for a while.. I get up and ask if I can place a “to go” order. She again snaps at me “ we don’t do to go orders… the chef is too busy”. She wasn’t even nice about it…. I spoke with several people at our event who said they were unhappy with service.. which is too bad since they would’ve received a lot of customers from our event.

We came for breakfast. The food was outstanding! I can't say enough about the quiche florentine. It was rich yet surpringly light in texture. The crust was made with filo dough. Tasted like it was made just for me. The hashbrowns were well seasoned. A stand out part of the meal. Pancakes were tender and delicious. This is 5 star food for a 2 star price. (My pictures don't do it justice!)

The food was amazing. The weather, not so much for the day. We had our dog with us, so we originally sat outside. Eventually the wife and kids moved in. Staff was super accommodating. Highly recommended you go here.

Arrived in Globe after dark. Not too inspired. This morning found the Copper Hen. Cool atmosphere, great menu, wonderful server and enjoyed steel cut oats for breakfast. We have a whole new appreciation of Globe and would go back to the Copper Hen in a heartbeat. Thanks.

I went to Copper Hen for Thanksgiving as I have no relatives in Arizona. The owner was so warm and attentive and the food was great. The entertainment was lovely. One talented man with an acoustic guitar and wonderful voice. Thank you for having a special place for folks to spend the holiday.Cheryl E
