I've ordered Door Dash here many times and almost every time my order is incorrect. In fact, several times they put cheese on my burger even though I explicitly ask them to remove it. I will no longer use this store as they are notoriously incorrect.

All the tables in the store were a mess. Had to wipe a table off just to eat in. We were the only ones there at the time. Didn't look short staffed and crew standing around. Time management may need some help? Didn't have any impossible burgers left, 6:00 pm ish? Not totally trashed, just needed a wipe down at the least. Just my observation.

Food is always old even when being reassured they would make it fresh. This place needs either new management or to be shut down. It’s disgusting how long food sits under a heat lamp then is given out to a paying customer. It’s bk I’m supposed to have it my way and this is not what I asked for.

I placed and paid for a order on the app. I arrived and they told me I won't be getting my food because of a issue with their system. I showed them the food was paid for at their location and they wouldn't give it to me. The manager said they aren't allowed to give people food they paid for. I asked them to show me how to get a refund and they said no. I asked to talk to the manager and have him show me how to get a refund and they said he wont even talk to me. Hard to believe it is even possible to run a business like this. Negative 5 stars

Their app took my money, and they won't fulfill my order. Even though the app said they would not go here, they will not take care of the customer with their own mistake save you self and your money go else where manager said she can't help no one.

They don’t do mobile ordering but their app allows you to place an order. They charge you money and then tell you they don’t accept mobile orders and to request a refund on the app. The app then says someone will email you in 2 days about it. That is ridiculous. Take your store off if you don’t do it or start doing it. Or refund it through the store so people don’t have to go through a bunch of channels just to get their money back.

Charged me 30$ and won't give me my food. The people who work here say they don't care what I want and don't want to give me my food. They say that they don't follow Burger kings rules and beyond frustrated. Do not go here this place is ridiculous.

This restaurant is usually not very clean. Today I placed an order at the drive thru. Apparently the person taking my order did not approve of my choice, then made a comment about it like the mic wasn't even on. I asked him to repeat it and he wouldn't, so I left. Never again BK.

Not bad I'm glad the cashier guy was patient with me even as a mom I know what my kids and huzb want but when it's me it's like I have to hurry and decide I know they have new items and I don't eat there everyday or more in a month let alone a year so I'm just standing there apologizing I'm sorry I'm not sure what I want . And he (cashier) it's ok ?. Glad there wasn't a line behind me.
