We were looking for dinner and there few choices in our area. Harvey House only had 3.3 stars overall, which we would ordinarily tell us to try somewhere else, but we were tired and decided we probably wouldn’t die if we ate there. Instead, we had a very good (probably a 4.5 if we had that option) experience. We were seated right away, our server was excellent, they had around 12 beers on tap and lots of others in bottles or cans, and a reasonable number of meal choices....read full review
Long wait to get seated. Didn't receive the correct change back from the meal. A little expensive. Constantly busy with customers. Really it was the only place available there to get a quick bite which turned out to be not quick.

Our plan was to eat at the Arizona Steakhouse, sit by the windows with a beautiful view of the canyon. When we arrived, the place was packed, long wait… it seems the Steakhouse was closed (no explanation given) and everyone was being accommodated at this cafe. After about 30 minute wait, we were seated at the back of the cafe, next to a window facing the parking lot (as it happened, we could see our car!).
