From the moment we arrived, everything was very pleasant. We requested a table near the window with a view of Lake Havasu, and they accommodated us. At the end, we were surprised with a dessert plate featuring a sparkler candle, all without us asking for it. This thoughtful detail from our waitress, Beth, was very beautiful and meant a lot to us. The place and the food are excellent, and we highly recommend it 100%. More than that, it was the service that made it an extraordinary experience. We will definitely return. Thank you, Beth!”

The vanilla SS for the husband wasn't creamy compared to DQ or Weinerscnitzel enough but you can see the vanilla specks used. 05-28-2026 Chocolate SS was ah-may-ZING! “Where do I even begin? As a foodie, I’ll admit I can be a bit critical—but I also know great food when I taste it. We love taking out-of-town guests somewhere memorable on the water, so we chose Turtle Bar & Grill to show off their recent remodel, which really is beautiful. That said… the food didn’t come close to matching the hype. For a place that just won “Top Chef” for the third time in a row, you expect top-notch execution. Unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience. The pulled pork was overly salty—almost like it had been sitting too long—served cold, on a dry bun, with BBQ that lacked any real flavor. The French fries came out lukewarm, and the burger was just… so-so. Nothing memorable, nothing that justified the reputation. I will say this—the service was great. The staff was friendly, attentive, and did their job well. If it were me, I’d focus on catering to the masses and creating food that people actually crave—not relying on subpar, frozen items. With the location, atmosphere, and recent remodel, this place has so much potential. It just needs the food to match. Come on, management—kick it up a notch and hold your kitchen staff to higher standards. Right now, it feels like the experience is being carried by everything except what matters most.”

She's seem to be open and spoken sorry to us as close as a friend. “I had dinner here on a very busy night and was seated at the bar and the waitress seemed to forgot me at first but was very kind and made up for it by making sure I was alright throughout my meal. The sushi was great and I would eat here again in the future.”

“Creative menu with incredible food. Dined here three times and every single item we have tried has been great. Trash Can Nachos, Pulled Pork Carnitas Burger, Double Rebel Burger, !!!, The Ultimate Grilled Cheese (with a thick slice of tenderloin), Togarashi Seared Ahi, and oh those Cajun Steak Fries!!. Chef Rick and Michelle do everything to make your dining an experience. Every single criticism by guests is addressed and fixed. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Decor has been updated and the side lounge is beautiful and inviting. This has become our favorite place to eat in Lake Havasu. Ignore any negative reviews from the first month of their opening. As I mentioned above, each and every complaint was taken care of. Try their food. You will be blown away.”

“I feel bad because I forgot the gentleman's name who brought out my order, but he worked Thursday night, 8.20.26.
I was only picking up my order, but he provided exceptional service. He offered me water while I waited, checked on its status several times without me asking, made sure I had plenty of utensils, & checked to make sure everything ordered was in the bags.
Hard to find caring, intentional customer service in Havasu. Glad you guys have some!”
