“We love going to Abbie Cakes! My sons are always enchanted with the space. They sit on all the seats, look in every glass case, and get warm smiles and welcome. They get to pick a treat and go home having had a fulfilling, joyful adventure, and something absolutely delicious to eat. I'm so happy to have them close by!”

“On my first visit, I tried a sample of white cake covered with a thick creamy frosting, trimmed with chocolate and topped with strawberries. I bought some and loved it. When I came back for more today, they didn’t have it. I love this bakery, the staff is friendly, and everything is good. Just want more white cake with strawberries.”

“Took my daughter here for a sweet treat. The staff was friendly and attentive. We decided on a banana split. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Generous portions and very delicious. We will definitely be back.”

“I have passed this place many times in my travels and went to a lot of places nearby. I had never heard of this place and as it turns out I have been missing out. One of my co-workers went here and told me that I need to try it out as it is legit. Who am I to argue? I went and checked it out and went with his recommendations. I tried the signature toasted taco in corn or flour and an original taco with a side of rice and beans. Their rice and beans taste very traditional and I like them very much. The toasted taco stole the show and was my favorite with carne asada with cilantro, onions, and guacamole sauce, the original was good as well. I will go back and try the other meats and styles in the very near future. Lol. Overall this is great taco place with traditional great music and food. Try it out yesterday!!”

“This place is legit Mexican food. I just moved here in Litchfield Park was looking for an AUTHENTIC MEXICAN food spot this is the closes to homemade Mexican Food from Scratch. I giggle recommend for anyone to come check it out for themselves. All other places is more New Mexican style which is NOT Mexican. Must come today if want Mexican food”

“This was my second visit to red Allen Grill. The outside patio is a beautiful setting with a view of the golf course. I ordered the beef brisket Rueben. It was tender and had nice smoked flavor. It could have used a tad more sauce and sauerkraut for my taste but otherwise was excellent. The sweet potato fries were tasty, but not at all hot. I ordered a side of coleslaw that was fine. Service was very good, pleasant, friendly, and attentive. I like this restaurant and will certainly come back again.”

“This place has no right being as good as it is!!! I looove that they have white coffee and the açaí bowl was sooooo good. Not too tart, almost like a sorbet base and don’t even get me started on the agave! I will absolutely be back. Just wish they had a drive thru!”

The only downside is consistency—about three out of five times the food is made correctly, but the other two it’s not quite right. “What a nice find! This is a cute shop that sells tea, limeade, and coffee drinks. My Princess Peach iced tea was so refreshing. The staff were so patient with this first timer. There was several types of seating options... tables, high top, arm chairs, etc.

“The past couple of times I've eaten here, I used the app to place my order. The time to from submitting the order and time to pick-up the food has been 30 minutes...no biggie. What I find frustrating is that the food has NOT been ready at the appointed time. The crew has to ask who I am multiple times and seem to be scrambling behind the counter to get the food over the finish line. You're better off just ordering in the store.”

“I stopped in for lunch today and got a delicious spicy nacho chicken sub. Ashanti was very friendly and talked while she was making a sub. She made me feel like a valued customer. She seemed like she really enjoyed her job. I want to say thank you to her for making me smile because of her kindness.”
