“It’s a friendly, cozy place and it reminds me of China Village which used to be near 28th st and Indian school. Getting food to go? You’re going to have leftovers.
The sweet and sour chicken and orange chicken are crispy and flavorful. The fried rice could be a bit crispier but I am content with it.”

“Tacos were some of the best that I’ve had here in AZ. The red chicken seasonal tamale was complete fire. It was amazing. The quesadillas were okay as well. I did not care for the Horchata whatsoever. However, it was my first time tasting it, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. It tasted of just milk & cinnamon, so it wasn’t a drink I wanted to have with my tacos. None of the family enjoyed it, so we just threw it away. The service was okay. The cashier shorted me .75 cents. Which is not a big deal and I didn’t mention it to her. She kept looking at her drawer and my receipt after she rang me up and I’m assuming noticed that she didn’t have change and handed me back the cash and just walked off to get my drink lol. I was like umm… okay. Since it was just .75 cents I laughed it off, but it was very strange and unprofessional to do that to a paying customer. Other than that, I ordered online and food was ready when I got there and it was very hot, fresh, and delicious.”

“On my first visit, I tried a sample of white cake covered with a thick creamy frosting, trimmed with chocolate and topped with strawberries. I bought some and loved it. When I came back for more today, they didn’t have it. I love this bakery, the staff is friendly, and everything is good. Just want more white cake with strawberries.”

“This is my favorite Barro’s location in Phoenix the pizza is, and pardon what may seem like an exaggeration, literally ALWAYS cooked to perfection. I have never gotten a bad pizza from them the bottom is cooked perfectly, dough is cooked through perfectly, the edges have cheese cooked perfectly and the surface is perfectly melted without any burnt cheese. I LOVE this location.

I am not sure how many times we have passed this one of a kind restaurant and went to something commercial BUT we will not be doing it again! “Great drinks! Got the PHX Sun and it was sooo good! Boba was very good too. Atmosphere is cute and photo worthy. Only down side was no interaction with staff. Waited a few minutes at the counter then saw the tablet to order. Ordered and a while later noticed our drinks on the counter but they never called them out. Recommend more staff interaction but overall clean place and great drinks.”

“We booked here because Litchfield's was closed. We asked for a quiet table because we had some business to discuss and they accommodated the best they could but the place is a golf pub, and there are large tables of golfers recapping their game that day. So it was loudish still. But the service was great, our server friendly and attentive. I had the black bean burger which they served Jesse style and it was flavorful, albeit not the best veggie patty texture-wise. I would recommend they get an impossible burger on their menu. There is not a lot for vegetarians on the menu. But the prices are reasonable and the portions are good. The view of the golf course is nice.”

The prices are way low and the quality and portions of the food is amazing lol never thought I’d care to write a review about it but I’m just so shocked a place like this doesn’t just price gouge an water there taste down like panda or literally everywhere else. Thank you rice garden, you the real MVP <3

P.s I couldn’t dis or remark to any other bad reviews but they’d mostly complain about temperature on a carry out order lol… get over yourselfs so petty. And as for taste, it’s not a 5 star diner but it blows panda and anyone else not built into a 4 seasons out of the water. Let’s be honest and not children yeah :)”

“Food was really good and cheap for the proportion you get. Easily can be 2 meals for me. It was nice and quiet inside too and not a lot of people around. I was there around 3pm. I would definitely be coming here again.”

“Love the smoothie bowls but you recently switched to cups. The cups are harder to eat out of as well as you get less product. Please go back to the bowls or rename them smoothie cups & charge less.”
