since new management this store has really started to show its best performance.The taste has nothing but improved, and the staff is extremely friendly.nothing but great experiences every time i come. I highly recommend this establishment.
4th time unsuccessful order from this location. First time we payed and ordered online, when I came to pick up my order they were out of chicken. It took me 3 weeks return money. 2nd and 3rd time they were out of fries and another sides. Just now we wanted to use coupon and asked to make it more crispy. Genuinely wish I could give this place one star. Normally I don't mind if your laughing with your coworkers but if your laughing about your customers waiting for their food that's where I draw the line. Waiting 15 minutes for KFC is like waiting to eat diarrhea
