“Although the Lower Buckeye restaurant is relatively new the staff is becoming a big part of the neighborhood. Server Miriam employed by a competitor I once patronized, missing her she was gone. When I learned she had relocated to your establishment I relocated to. It isn’t just food restaurants serve, joy and happiness come with the staff providing good service with a smile. The kind of service Miriam provides. I would believe that other customers of Miriam at the old venue now joins her at her new location. Her smile and joyful disposition is contagious. Her expedient service is always on point. She is such a delight. I also observe is she interacts well with her coworkers. Your company benefits not just monetary, but good customer service having an asset like Miriam on two fronts, a happy work environment and satisfied customers.”

“Hello, We are visiting from NC and we are celebrating our 18th wedding anniversary. Arrowhead Grill made our experience really special and truly thankful for the excellent service and atmosphere!! Our server Megan (along with assistant and alternate server) was very attentive and when we walked to our table I noticed the red flower petals which was really lovely. Thank you so much the food was amazing, this place will always be our annual visit when coming to AZ. My favorite and will never change is the Chilean seabass..hats of to the chef!! “On my first visit, I tried a sample of white cake covered with a thick creamy frosting, trimmed with chocolate and topped with strawberries. I bought some and loved it. When I came back for more today, they didn’t have it. I love this bakery, the staff is friendly, and everything is good. Just want more white cake with strawberries.”

“I am normally not one to write reviews, however, I feel you may be interested in this feedback. Let me start by saying your food is amazing and the wings are the best I've ever had (and I've had wings everywhere). My wife and I visit the Surprise, Az. location once a week (sometimes twice) and we only sit at the bar. Our bartender's typically are Tiffany Miles, another Tiffany, and Robert. They are fantastic, customer service is impeccable and Tiffany Miles makes a legit White Russian. We love this location and their staff. Recently, they have introduced a 6pm chant that is a little annoying and distracting. As I'm sure this is a corporate decision, this particular location is basically in the retirement community of Sun City and we like our peace and quiet time. Now that our kids are grown, we stopped going to the Texas Roadhouse next door, because of their busy, annoying atmosphere. Stick to what you all do well: Great food, tremendous value, exemplary service, and a relaxing bar. The only reason I gave the atmosphere a low rating is because of the ridiculous 6pm nonsense! OY, OY, OY!!! (See how annoying that is).”

“The food was amazing. I was taken aback by a $15 price tag for the garlic bread, but it was worth the price. Our table was still talking about it even after the rest of the amazing food. The entree prices were very reasonable, most of them $21-$29 each. I ordered the baked canneloni and it was so good. Someone ordered a pizza and loved it, too. I know it's conceited to say--but many times I eat at a restaurant thinking my own cooking is just as good. Not at The Sicilian Butcher--I couldn't begin to replicate the delicious food we ate.”

“I've been here twice so far! I've enjoyed both experiences. The atmosphere is really homey and calm. The baristas are super helpful when deciding what to order to drink. I was recommended the Bolla Sausage with green chile. Between the coffee and baked goods. The quality of the bread, fresh produce, and coffee drinks is phenomenal. I wish I started coming here sooner. This is another local staple shop for me. Hopefully, in the future, they can extend the hours. either way, Love it! Keep doing what you're doing here :)”
