Never had a problem with this place and have been here numerous times. One time they were out of tapioca balls but that is completely understandable because it was a very busy day. They are not magicians that can snap their fingers and make more stock appear. It is good but the service IS AWEFUL!!! I’m literally in line and it’s been more than 20 minutes and I’m still behind 4 people… there is always one or 2 workers the most… here at the superstition mall. SUUUUPER SLOW!!! 6 people behind me already left.

The first Boba I ever tried was at this site. It's worth having to walk into the Mall to try it. Since I had never had one and was not sure what to order the staff was very helpful to help me make a choice of juice and Boba's I'm sure we will be going back
