The chicken is like perfection. They use mesquite coal to cook the chicken and ribs. The char has a great flavor and the meat is so tender. They don’t own a freezer! They go pick up ingredients every morning! You can tell in the quality of the food. The prices are extremely reasonable and the flavors are great! They even have mac salad! It’s a simple menu — chicken or ribs and sides. But they do it so well!
Had late lunch early dinner with my S.O. She picked this place, we wanted to try their chicken. We ordered a half chicken with small beans and small macaroni salad and large rice. The order comes with pepper, pickled onions, salsa, lemon and corn tortillas. We didn't know if it was going to be enough but I felt it was perfect for 2 people. I used to eat there almost every day until the pasta started being Bland and flavorless I asked very kindly to the girl If he if she could tell the cook to add more flavor to the pasta well she gave me an attitude and said that the pasta had flavor so I went and bought it again no flavor I had to add my own salt it's sad that I always so much money there and they can't fix a little issue like that
