Don't give them your business. Any place that can't serve what is on their menu and in a reasonable amount of time deserves what they get. Pitiful experience! Too many other choices to spend your money.

The food took over 20 minutes and no one else in line. The chicken tasted old. The coleslaw we ordered was never in the bag. (Maybe that a good thing and God was looking out for us) the Mac and cheese tasted old and very gross. I do not recommend their food. I keep giving it chances and it keeps getting worse.

I was the only one here. Both lobby and drive thru. Had to tell employee to change gloves and also waited close to 10 minutes for 2 wraps.

We pulled up to an empty drive through around 8 PM and ordered 2 combo meals. We were then asked to pull around to the front so they could prepare our food. After waiting 10 minutes (with no other vehicle in the drive through and no customers in the restaurant, I decide to go in and see what is taking so long. I then noticed the employees were chatting and waited another 10 minutes. They finally gave me my food, then when I got home, both our combos were incomplete and the chicken tasted old.

The drive thru employee was friendly, but the food was nasty, and they forgot a piece of chicken from my husband's combo. Now I understand why there were no customers the entire time we were waiting. This place must have a bad reputation.

It is 630 pm and u close at 10pm how do u not have white meat. Only thighs and legs. How. Do u run a business like this. Will not eat here anymore this is not the first time this has happened or had missing

When I drive over and go inside to order the 8 piece value meal he tells me it will $30.00 and I tell him the website says $20.00 and he says the website is wrong... I order food online. App says it will be ready at 6:20pm. Arrive at location. Sit in drive thru. It's a long wait so I back up and park to go in. The app says my order is ready, but the worker says it will be 25 minutes for my order. I'm offered to be refunded or wait. The process to refund is to call corporate and wait 5-7-10 days for refund. So I wait. They offer me a drink while I wait. I ask if all the drive thru customers are waiting too. He said no. I said 25 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken. He says yes but the drive thru gets theirs. Then, he comes to me and says how about a six piece? I said what about the rest of the big box order? He says oh it will be in there. So, 25 minutes for 4 pieces of chicken or 5-10 for 6 pieces. I can't math this. Lol.

The manager, Rose, has a very nasty attitude and terrible customer service. She needs to lose her job she cares so little about

I put in a 89.00 order so they gave it to a store 30 miles away. 20 mins. Later they sent me a text telling me I was to far away at 9:40 pm they close at 10:00 pm feel me , so what do I do , because I am in a wheelchair and can't go out to get something to eat this late. I GUESS I DO WITH OUT

Would someone please permanently close this KFC!!! They never seem to have any chicken that's pre-made, so you have to wait 15 minutes or more for your order. You have wait for no matter the time of day; lunch or dinner hour. I'm seriously considering contacting corporate about them.
