When people come in asking for the pumpkin cream cold brew stop giving them the regular cold brew and sprinkling stuff on top and hoping we won’t notice. I’m getting annoyed with this!!! It should be orange not white. Make it like the picture or I don’t want it. I will need a refund for that because you ruined my entire day and yes I’m a basic pumpkin spice batch so you can imagine how aggravating this is.
Their lack of consistent positive customer service across the team is harmful to faithful Starbucks customers. This location is convenient to my job and I’ve repeatedly had an unpleasant experience with Anaheim and a few other staff members. Although I adore Starbucks, this visit was a failure. Shame on me for not checking my drink before I left. I requested a venti caramel macchiato, but instead I got milk with a faint espresso flavor, no vanilla, and possibly a drizzle of caramel. Because I adore my macchiatos, I will return, but the next time, I'll check it before I go.
