The manager (at least I assume she is since she’s the only adult I’ve seen) is so abrasive and rude. Not only to her employees but also to her customers. You can tell the employees don’t want to be there and having to work with a manager who talks down to you, I don’t blame them. Shouting at customers who speak Spanish isn’t going to make them understand you either, they’re not deaf.

Ordered two sandwiches and it was like they looked at the ingredients and randomly assigned them to a sandwich. It was almost a 50 50 split on requested ingredients going to each

Originally, I had given this place five stars. The food is typical Subway food, but it is fresh and good. I’m retracting this to one star so that management will wake up at this location! We were here on a Saturday four weeks ago, and there was one girl in the front doing online orders and in-person orders, and the line was almost out the door. It took forever to get our food and people were upset. There was a girl in the back doing something, but we never saw her. Today was worse. There was one girl behind the counter, handling the lobby, orders, and the online orders. Her directive was to help someone in the lobby, and then fill an online order. She was also baking the cookies and a few other things. This was during the lunch hour on a Saturday. though there were only three people in front of us, it was 45 minutes before it was our turn to have our sandwiches made. At that exact moment, a female employee exited the women’s restroom, got behind the counter, and told her coworker that she had been throwing up. That was enough for me. The couple who got their food right before us were in shock when they heard the news of the vomiting employee. I don’t know that they finished their food. As I went to pay the employee who had been behind the counter, the entire time, I told her that I knew this was not her fault, but this collapse was the fault of management. You have at least two people behind the counter on a Saturday at lunch, in addition to one in the back doing prep. That is how Subway works. Blame it on being shortstaffed, or blame it on scheduled people calling out. This stuff happens, but that is when associate managers and store managers show up on a Saturday and take care of their customers. The employees eyes welded up with tears as I explained to her that this was not her fault, and that she was doing a good job following orders. She had felt so defeated while the other customers were being very vocal about their frustration with the process. The girl explained that she has been there for less than a month. I felt absolutely terrible for her. Management, you need to care more about your customers and your employees. That girl took a lot of abuse during the 45 minutes we were there. I turned away three different customers when I told them we had been in line for 30 minutes and had not moved. Another guy left after waiting 30 minutes because he had to get back to work. The pictures below are from our visit to the store four months ago. We will not be back to this location for a long time. Hopefully management gets this taken care of.Vegetarian options: They have dozens of vegetables to choose from, you can make a sandwich entirely from themParking: It’s in a busy grocery store parking lot, so you likely will end up parking several yards away

It never fails every time we visit this Subway location the bread is so dry and hard you can literally knock on it. If you press the bread it’s crumbles. So disappointed everytime we visit this location. Don’t recommend will stick to subway on power and baseline and just drive a little further. Such a waste of a dinner tonight.

I have not been to a Subway for a few years, decided to get a sandwich and try their churros. The 3 young servers were all very helpful and polite and very efficient. I was surprised the quality of the sandwich was much better than I remembered. The churros were warm and good as well.

I haven’t been in subway for a couple years, but I heard they started selling churros and pretzels ? So I had to try them out! The churro is $2 for a foot long and pretzel $3. The churro didn’t have enough sugar and was a bit soggy (the risk of freezing then defrosting). For the price I get it, you can’t do much with $2, the ROI has to be slim. The pretzel was alright. The best part of the pretzel was the honey mustard that came with it. Amazing dipping sauce. Be sure to ask them for the honey mustard otherwise they won’t just give it to you!

Was at the store on Ellsworth and Baseline. I buy the same sandwich 2-3 times a week for my special needs son who has a terminal illness. They are running a special for the holidays buy a $25 gift card and get a 6 inch sub for free. Sandwich I order consists each time of Turkey, ham, Salami, cheese and a little mayo - no extra condiments added at all and girl bills me $1.62 because sandwich has salami on it. How does that make it a free sub? It would have killed her not to charge me for the salami. Not going there anymore. These young kids that work there do not know anything about customer service

Found this location to be beyond rude when we ordered and thru out the entire transaction. After grabbing chips they never ask if we wanted a drink but closed the transaction. When we ask about drinks as we had mentioned "meal deal" several times we were informed they only had one meal deal (which was 1 of the 3 subs ordered) they still charged us for an additional chips and drink. They didn't give us a receipt said they were out of paper, so after they changed it we ask them to print the receipt and to please credit and re-ring it correctly. We're told by then manager she couldn't do that as the drinks were on a separate transaction. This is the First time at a establishment when they didn't strive to give the customer the best deal based on what they ordered. Not only that we were told they couldn't or wouldn't. Sorry Subway - we weren't big customers but we won't ever be back and we're not hesitant to share our experiences as we travel. Best of luck - business is tough out there and you have to earn it every transaction.

Pretty good food here! For the most part, the veggies are pretty fresh- although there was one time where the pickled veggies were a bit off and did not make my stomach feel well. The serving portions are good and sometimes with the foot long, I'll even have leftover for the next day. I like how they don't skimp on the meat and toppings (some locations are very strict and only give the bare minimum). With the veggies, they were accommodating when I asked for a little more.Nice spot to enjoy a healthy sub at.

Kid put two subs worth of meat on our subs, which I'm sure someone would've loved that but that wasn't what I wanted, the other two closing made me feel guilty for coming in close to closing time, celebrating that I was the last customer and didn't wait to yell "lock the doors!" Until I was out of the building. If I did that when I was working at subway at 16 I wouldn't have a job.

Went in to get my usual fair. Personel greeted me with courtesy. As I walked to the order area, I noticed a very dirty glass case. I believe the company wouldn't want this representation of their store. Especially where there is meat and cheese kept. I've been back after this incident and looks like the meat/ cheese glass situation has improved.

It's ok, my housemate were able to get their food. I'm a vegetarian and was a little surprised to find out that they don't have the veggie patties.
