I haven’t been in subway for a couple years, but I heard they started selling churros and pretzels ? So I had to try them out! The churro is $2 for a foot long and pretzel $3. The churro didn’t have enough sugar and was a bit soggy (the risk of freezing then defrosting). For the price I get it, you can’t do much with $2, the ROI has to be slim. The pretzel was alright. Pretty good food here! For the most part, the veggies are pretty fresh- although there was one time where the pickled veggies were a bit off and did not make my stomach feel well. The serving portions are good and sometimes with the foot long, I'll even have leftover for the next day. I like how they don't skimp on the meat and toppings (some locations are very strict and only give the bare minimum). I have not been to a Subway for a few years, decided to get a sandwich and try their churros. The 3 young servers were all very helpful and polite and very efficient. I was surprised the quality of the sandwich was much better than I remembered. The churros were warm and good as well.
