We came here a week ago, and there was only one employee working there. She said everyone had quit that day. They were our of many meats and other items.The owner needs to get his/her act together. Horrible experience here and at the same owner's store at Ellsworth and Brown. There we waited over an hour to get our sandwiches, also with only one employee working the store. We will not be going back to either store.

I hadn’t had Subway in a long time decided to give it a try. Not happy about the experience there was only one person working there and I could see his frustration I have 3 growing kids and a husband so we decided to each get a foot long well the first thing the kid told us that 5 foot longs were consider a catering order (like WTH ?‍♀️) and that he needed to charge me separately I don’t understand why anyway I’m disappointed and not happy. I also feel bad for the kid and the way he’s left alone with no help. One more thing the kid kept touching his hat and his glasses with the same glove that was touching my food ????? the vegetable looked sad, old and dry, cucumbers were so nasty I really didn’t enjoy my sandwich I’m sad ?

I'd give zero stars if I could. The girl worker (chunky white girl) who work morning is a c you next Tuesday. I can not eat bread, so i use their eggs as my base. She refused to make me anything because she didn't want to. She would not stop running her mouth long enough for me to explain why i can't have bread. I was told this is subway if you don't get bread then it's a salad. No that's not How it works. I can not have bread. I'm paying for it so why does it matter? This is the only location that has ever had a issue with me not wanting bread, that i can't eat anyway. They're going to end up with a lawsuit if they done listen to why customers can't have certain things.

I order the chicken teriyaki foot long with extra meat and extra sweet onion sauce I paid for the extra meat. When I talked to the guy he said yeah we should have called you but we didn't to tell me they was out of sweet onion. I called back to talk to a manager and a little girl answered the phone and pretended she couldn't hear me then she hung up after I got an attitude with her. I called called and called called and they never answered till I gave up. This I've very unprofessional. I paid for this food I can't eat that sandwich they told me to call door dash they will refund me my money but it wasn't door dash fault it's subways fault. I just want my money back.. I'll never order from that subway again.

Subway needed to raise prices but they didn't need to cut sandwich ingredients. 3 times now wraps have half the meat with higher

Worst customer service for any subway. No greeting. No smiles. Had paper in the INSIDE of my sandwich. Also didn't cut it in half for a footlong. When I called to let them know the first three bites of my sandwich had paper in it I just realized I could tell by the way it tasted and I chewed but didn't realize until the third bite what it was, he says they don't have paper that separates their meat or their cheeses. Told me it was paper from the outside of the sandwich when she was not. No apology. No offer to rectify the situation. As to talk to the manager he wasn't available so I'm calling back.

Watch your receipt, when I paid through card I was given on option on tip. The tip was already included without me selecting. When I questioned it she said I had to have selected it, which I didn't.

I came in this evening to get a sandwich. And the service was terrible. Who helped me out was Victor. He threw me attitude when I would ask for another item to be put on my sandwich. And I told him that he needs to work on his attitude and be more respectful. He told me “if you don’t like it, don’t come here”. Now…why would I want to go to a place to eat, when I get treated that way?
