Taco Bell in Mesa

“This taco bell has delicious supreme tacos that do not skimp on ingredients or presentation. Honestly, for a fast food place.I really liked it a lot and I will go back. Very attentive counter staff. And the kind of crunchable ice that elevates your Diet Pepsi. Everything is super clean. I dined in. Not a morsel was left. I ate there before I went grocery shopping at fry's which is in the same parking lot. Thanks!“

“Food is Taco Bell, it's generally standard it's always as expected I wouldn't say it's four or five stars, but their service definitely great at this location and I went to on Val Vista and baseline, generally they're all pretty good too with their staff I haven't had any complaints per say these guys went above and beyond... I wish that the owner would put the plugs back at the bar area that was designed for people to get on their phones and laptops, there's hardly anyone ever in there now I granted have not checked on a Friday or Saturday night but all the weekdays that I've been there and the week nights there's never anybody really in there and it would be a good opportunity for someone that's going to Panera across the street or filberto's across the street or any of these other coffee shops and restaurants to do work they could be there getting breakfast lunch and dinner like I do in a lot of places that I pop up for my virtual work... They had them set up and then they blocked them with flat outlet covers... I was excited when I saw that they had something set up that I could go work by the window you drink.. But man increase your atmosphere rating by getting that sucker going again... The consumers only assumption is that the management or owner feels that there was transient, vagrant, for teenagers causing trouble and that's not a good assumption to think when somebody is checking out that talk about for the first time it's in a really nice area next to nice shopping and a great neighborhood get people to hang out more!... Btw I've been going there actually off and on since at least 1993... Back then we just hung out outside cuz we didn't have a cell phones lol...“

“This place was busy! The gentleman working the front was handling a demanding/needy customers like pro! I screwed up my order and he insisted on making it right for me despite it being my error. Who ever was working the front counter on 11/14 at 3:20-3:30 pm was a 5 star employees giving customers a 5 star experience.“

“I usually have good service here and everything, but tonight was an exception to that. I specifically asked for and was charged for an extra Nacho Cheese ($1 extra) and trusted it was right because I've never had issues here in the past. But got home to find out that I did not get that nacho cheese I paid a dollar extra for.

I should have checked though seeing as it was a couple of employees I have never seen any of my other visits in the past.“

“Show me my friends go about every week and we normally just get Baja blast but sometimes we get a burrito. One time we went to Fry’s and got like these toy things and we were chilling in there for about like 45 minutes and then they didn’t mind. They are very friendly and they help me out every time I need something I 100% recommend to go to Taco Bell.“

“I had the number 4 which was a beefy taco and it was delicious and generous. It comes with a chalupa crunch wrap which was also delicious and generous. A crispy diet coke off the fountain and I had such a good lunch there. I know things cost a lot now, but I was hungry and taco.Bell delivered satisfaction!“

“The food tasted really good. The service was pretty fast. The cashier could have been a little more friendly. The tables could have been wiped down better. No matter which one we sat at they all had some unseen sticky residue in all of the corners. Overall, a decent experience.“

“I normally order the discovery lux box and noticed menu items changed. Moreno was very helpful and gave expert recommendations on menu items and even helped me substitute menu items I wasn’t fond of. From drive through order to drive off, Moreno had my order ready in I swear probably less than 1 to 2 minutes, it was probably the single handily best experience I’ve ever had going through any drive through.

“Updating my previous 2-star review because this Taco Bell has made a huge turnaround. The improvement in customer service has been noticeable, and credit is definitely due.

Lately, my orders have been consistently correct, the staff has been friendly, and they're actually fast. It finally feels like the kind of fast food experience you'd expect: quick, accurate, and hassle-free.

Whatever changes were made, they're working. Keep up the great work! 🌮“

“The person in front of me at the drive thru had a list. It appears to be long since it takes him a while to order. When he gets to the window, he has to pay with a card. I THINK I am going to be in for a long wait but no, Taco Bell hit it out of the ball park!! They were ridiculously fast in getting his order out AND on top of that the girl at the window was friendly, professional and nice! GREAT JOB!!“

“I have issues eating, sometimes my brain just doesn't want food. I am always able to eat Taco Bell. This is the best taco bell I have ever been to. They rarely get it wrong. They do proper portions. I have some complicated orders as I try and get as much calories as I can when ordering. Any issues I have had they helped. There is a guy in the AM who recognizes me and goes above and beyond. He is always working drive. Anyway thanks for always being kind and helping me on my worst food day. Keep up the amazing work.

“just wanted to come here and say that the very respectful and handsome young black gentleman who was working a late shift at 12 at night was genuinely so sweet and kind. Wish i got his name. He truly made our experience in the drive through so warm and welcoming and his attitude was just amazing. Last time i came here late, one of the girls taking my order was very rude. So i just wanted to say i appreciate the young gentleman’s kind attitude.“

“We went over to the Taco Bell. I’m hoping for the new item that they have that’s advertised on the app. It wasn’t there but the employee Sierra was great Zan helping us find the next best thing and was very helpful when I came to asking questions and making changes and being very patient with us, especially with it being very late in the night. “Went here the other night(drive-thru), and I must say the workers were friendly, and the food was made great ..accept for one thing I ordered black beans to replace beef and whoever took my order just added black beans and beef. That was the only thing made wrong out of the three items I ordered. Cooks made the food great besides that. Friendly service. Will return again.“

Unfortunately they don't review their orders correctly and miss items that were selected on their app and once I'm home it's not there .. thats just basics of the job but it's a lot to ask I suppose but now my meal isn't complete“
