I love Tokyo Joe's, but I will never go to this place again as long as the older girl that always wears pig tails works there. This is the second time I have been there ina month that she has screwed up my order. The last time I ordered we didn't get the correct order (she gave us someone else's order) and she blamed us. I may not be the biggest sushi connoisseur, but I’m pretty sure it should be put in a takeout bag separately from the hot food, not sandwiched in between all the hot food. Unless you’re purposely trying to serve warm, raw fish, that’s been chilling in the danger zone (between 40-140 degrees) while waiting for pickup.
I won’t be back for that reason. Food safety and sanitation clearly isn’t a big priority.
