I really like the occasional greasy fried chicken. It had been almost a year since I had treated myself in this way. When I'm craving the flavor, I go to KFC. When I want the crunch, I visit Church's. It smelled so good! The chicken was cooked well and satisfying my craving but the taste was off a little. I'm not sure if I was expecting too much after so long or maybe the oil hadn't been changed in a while? Regardless, I'm pretty sure it will be another year or two before I visit...read full review

Customer service was non existent. Wanted to dine in but I would only get looked at as they pushed a button on their ear to say. "Hi welcome to Church's can I take your order?" So I jumped in my truck and drove through the drive thru to get my order taken. Understaffed for sure, but I would have patiently waited had I even been acknowledged as I stood there.

I'd never tried Church's chicken until yesterday. I won't go back. Place was filthy, men's bathroom is the only one working...DISGUSTING. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Chicken tenders were stringy chicken. Asked for spicy and got plain.Store was bare, cold and tables were filthy while all employees were chatting on the back. Not worth it.
