The so called manager can hardly speak English, she doesn't have her staff wash their hands, a friend who worked there got half his check, she didn't give him anything until she called " the owner" and then she didn't count it right. Mainly she never writes down or does a shift because she doesn't know what that is. Their chicken was undercooked no potatoes of any kind just gravy that looked like it had been sitting there for a week. Maybe churches should hire people from America who are in desperate need of a job and already knows how to speak English and count and read English.Parking: Don't

Not impressed. Chicken strips were ok. Service was a joke. Person behind the counter didn't understand. They said we could substitute an item on a combo because they didn't have enough of that item. Then charged us for it. After I paid I realized it. I explained it to her again she finally realized what we were wanting, "Oh we can't do that." The place doesn't look like it been cleaned in months. The restroom was nasty. Never again.

I really like the occasional greasy fried chicken. It had been almost a year since I had treated myself in this way. When I'm craving the flavor, I go to KFC. When I want the crunch, I visit Church's. It smelled so good! The chicken was cooked well and satisfying my craving but the taste was off a little. I'm not sure if I was expecting too much after so long or maybe the oil hadn't been changed in a while? Regardless, I'm pretty sure it will be another year or two before I visit another Church's Chicken.
We got the wrong order. We brought the food home for dinner and we didn't get what we ordered. Very disappointed because we repeated the order more than twice. Churches is one of my favorites and it was sad when I got home and didn't get what I was hoping for. I called back many times and no one answered the phone.

Customer service was non existent. Wanted to dine in but I would only get looked at as they pushed a button on their ear to say. "Hi welcome to Church's can I take your order?" So I jumped in my truck and drove through the drive thru to get my order taken. Understaffed for sure, but I would have patiently waited had I even been acknowledged as I stood there.
