Went thru Drive through placed order went to window and waited over 5 minutes with nobody at the window. Next visit ordered an ice tea got all the way home to find out it was an ice coffee. Went all the way back and was greeted with are you sure it's ice coffee. I mean I know the difference but ok. No I'm sorry or have a nice day. Customer service at this location is in need of major attention.
i used to go thru the drive thru often, & it was always good service/fast. haven't been in awhile and today i went inside. wasn't greeted whatsoever, and the girl that took my order was very, very rude and short. after every item she immediately said "is that all" and i was so stunned i forgot to order an item i planned on getting. i was the only one in line and instead of handing me my drink she literally yelled "iced coffee" and immediately set it down and walked off. i was...read full review

Dunkin' Donuts is one of my favorite places to get iced coffee from. I also enjoy the hash browns and some other items in the menu. Coffee is very good and very affordable as well. The service is usually good.
