They are not service orientated. I understand that it’s fast food, but the attitudes of the employees I have met at this location were rude. They will ignore you and act like you are not there

Don't go here if you want a donut. The employees walk away when you walk in. You can hear them, and actually see them, behind the wall talking and ignoring customers. Or they’ll hide in the managers office, the door next to the donut case. Sometimes 4 people will come out of there at once, and act as if the costumers don’t exist in front of them.I’d they treat you that badly to your face, imagine how little they care for the food they sell.

Yummy food. I loved how nice the people were. They were super chill. They were literally W's.
Came in to get a quick coffee and there was a gentleman in front of me who had already been waiting. I stepped around the corner and the lady said she would be right with us. I continue to wait almost 3 more minutes and I had two other people come in behind me. The guy in front of me left and then I left shortly afterwards. It looks like the two people working had a focus on drive-through which I understand but keeping people waiting at the front for three minutes at the front counter is unacceptable.I walked out and did not get coffee.

Ordered donuts and got day old product. I’ve worked in a donut shop and know when a donut is over 12 hrs old. The glaze was cracked and cake donuts were crumbling. Not to mention the taste was even worse than the appearance. Dunkin needs to bring in HQ for quality control or shut down operations when stores are failing.

All I have to say is YUK! Two guys working with filthy hands. I saw the guy at the window scrolling on his phone then went straight to handle the donuts. I asked the other guy if they had hand sanitizer or gloves and they had neither. He handled the money then went straight to handle the donuts. Yuk! With all the diseases there are right now, I would expect better hygiene from a reputable food business! I will never be going to this location again! Health Department needs to do an inspection of this place!!

Truly a nightmare the girl working at night on 11/20 6pm was horrible there was trash all over counter and waited in front for 7minutes no one came out. This can truly affect business having staff like this, I will write to corporate cause obviously managers don’t care.

I have stopped 3 times and they are out of donuts. Very disappointed ! I feel like a fool for even stopping here Dunkin donuts. They definitely don't have good service. I don't recommend them!
Dunkin' Donuts is one of my favorite places to get iced coffee from. I also enjoy the hash browns and some other items in the menu. Coffee is very good and very affordable as well. The service is usually good.

October 1st 5:12 in the afternoon service was horrible. Employees made us feel like they were doing us a favor by picking up our order. Order to drink horrible. Strawberry smoothie 0 customer service felt like it was an inconvenience for us to be in the store. As both of them sat in the back, eating doughnuts. Highly recommend never to come back to the store again..

Went thru Drive through placed order went to window and waited over 5 minutes with nobody at the window. Next visit ordered an ice tea got all the way home to find out it was an ice coffee. Went all the way back and was greeted with are you sure it's ice coffee. I mean I know the difference but ok. No I'm sorry or have a nice day. Customer service at this location is in need of major attention.
