“This place was fun! Bartender (maybe owner) was humorous and fun loving. The band was entertaining and overall had a great time. Limited menu but considering what Covid did to small businesses, they are doing a fantastic job coping. Will definitely be back next time we're up here.“
“My brisket sandwich was one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. The brisket was flavorful, but the sandwich was much more than beef and barbeque sauce on a bun. It included some poblano chile, cheese, fried onions, and aioli. Very tasty! My wife's pulled pork sandwich was not as fancy but was also full of tasty meat. The coleslaw included raisins for a sweet note, and the French fries were cooked properly. Service was good despite one server covering the entire dining room and outdoor seating.“
“Driving back home through Payson, we had a craving for pizza. We decided to try Rim Country BBQ and Pizza. What a great place. Menu was so great with lots of choices that included different types of BBQ meats. We ordered the Mongollon Monster Pizza, which included San Manzaro tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, smoked brisket, sausage, and pepperoni What an amazing taste combination, and the crust was the perfect thickness. We had half of the pizza leftover for dinner and decided to get the Pitmaster salad to take home for dinner as well. This salad had so much in it; greens, brisket, turkey, pulled pork, cheddar cheese, bacon, eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers. We picked the BBQ and buttermilk ranch dressings to go along with it. Wow, so much food. I will never look at a regular chef salad the same again. We will definitely be back.“
