Stopped by on the way through Payson. Ordered the new smash burger and my buddy got the sourdough jack. my smashburger tasted like they emptied the salt shaker on it and my buddy opened his sourdough jack to no burger in it. The help was playing inside and the soda fountain needs to be adjusted as soda does not taste right. Very disappointing. First words out of my friends mouth was "Where's the Beef"?

We had to eat in the dark it was 8:15 and guy said the lobby closed at 8:25 so they could not turn lobby lights on the sign on the door said 9 pm lobby closed they locked the door at 8:25 while we were still inside felt

The guy in front was being so hard to order from he remind me of Beavis and Butthead every time I asked him a question he would just go aww want a coffee they said coffee is cold we get no business don't coffee makers keep them warm?? Added pickles to my burger they forget them so once I go up to get them they literally only give me one single pickle my family member her pickle was demolished from the inside she threw them away☠ only thing positive was the restrooms were spotless

The employees were rude. The food was cold, and when I complained no one cared.
Yesterday morning I had the worst service at this location, when I approached the counter to ask for service ( a bag) the employee ( big lady with pink lipstickshe looked at me so I asked if I could please get a bag, she rudley responded to her co worker can you come help your sister out, because im not.Which I was confused, I realized she was being racist,When I approached the manger ( which is mexican) to complain about the service she yelled out that's what these people do is complain. The manager was absolutely amazing.
