We don't know what has happened at this location lately (2023) but we have recently learned that management and/or employees have quit. Recent Google reviews show a great crew and we have felt the same. We absolutely loved most of the employees. They were all very courteous and would treat you as if you were family or close friends. Jack in the Box is Jack in the Box, but I just had the greatest experience at the drive thru. Tanya was the crew member at the window and she was great! She had condiments ready for everything we ordered and even suggested a new delicious condiment, creamy avocado sauce for our tiny tacos. The food was cooked well and hot and fresh. Went thru the drive thru in Payson, the guy that took my order was awesome. I got the loaded breakfast cheddar toasted sandwich(sour dough), it was delicious?Jack in the Box is the best!
